Did you know that a significant number of Seabrook homeowners are also devoted dog owners? They’ve taken great care to ensure your furry friend feels right at home during your stay, providing everything from food and water bowls to cozy bedding and tasty treats. Plus, many properties have fully fenced yards, giving your pup space to roam and play safely.

Seabrook is known for its long stretches of shoreline, stunning views, and pristine forests. But did you know there is a network of trails, pathways, and promenades – miles – for everyone, including dogs and their people?! In addition to the 18 parks around Seabrook, there is also an off-leash dog park near the grand-arbored entrance to the Farm District. Dogs can walk, roam, nap, explore, run, and rip around off leash on Seabrook’s beach. Otherwise, in and around the town, they must be on their leash – unless they are in the fenced yard of your vacation rental. We know, it’s not their favorite.

Oh, also, some homes have a weight limit for dogs (maybe it’s the treats?), so make sure to read the descriptions per home.

We ask for your responsibility around town to manage excessive barking, mind your dog’s interactions with other dogs and their humans, and dispose of waste properly.

Speaking of waste disposal, did you know Seabrook has over 40 (!) dog ‘stations’ strategically placed around town? These stations include a plastic bag dispenser and a dedicated trash can. Please pick up and dispose of waste anywhere and everywhere.

The Salty Dog is your one-stop shop for everything dog, their people, and even their cat friends. Pups are welcome to browse and sniff onsite in the shop. If their four legs and paws are sandy, muddy, or dusty, no worry – there’s a self-serve dog wash complete with shampoo, towels, and a hairdryer for $20 to $25 per pup.

It is/was unlikely your plan during your beach town vacation, but in case of any health concerns or emergencies, there are options.
