Chief Executive Officer | Casey, CEO and Town Founder, has been a part of Seabrook from its conceptualization to the thriving beach town that it is today. From new construction to the expanding hospitality program, he continues to work with his growing teams through each exciting development that continues to bring new urbanism to life on the Washington Coast.
Chief Financial Officer | Jeff has years of experience in his position at Seabrook, overseeing the financial health and planning of the company. From the growth in real estate to the expanding town amenities, he is responsible for the analysis and business strategy that optimizes how Seabrook moves forward.
Vice President of Construction | Ryan is responsible for managing ongoing construction operations throughout Seabrook, assuring the quality and completion of residential and commercial projects. He focuses on project management and assessment while maintaining building timelines and prompt communications with vendors.
Director of Town Planning & Design | Stephen serves as our town’s primary vision keeper and archivist by managing the new urban town plan and its related design code. As lead Design Review Board member, he not only guides town aesthetics, but he orchestrates the overall design of the town’s parks and public spaces. In addition, he is instrumental in guiding new home and neighborhood designs.
Designated Broker | Holly has been a part of Seabrook since the town was founded in 2004 as both a homeowner and broker. Vice President of Hospitality | Durk’s role is to lead and guide the hospitality staff into providing outstanding guest service! With 20 plus years in hospitality and experience from snow-capped mountains to sunny beaches, working in hospitality is as much a hobby as it is employment. He also just completed his MBA in Hospitality from Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne in Lausanne, Switzerland. | Meet The Hospitality Team ➔
Director of Common Areas & Development | Eli is responsible for ensuring Seabrook remains not only beautiful and safe, but also retains its original amenities through careful planning and monitoring of the homeowner reserve and operating budgets. Eli is also a compliance officer for the Department of Ecology, in which he gives direction on erosion and sediment control throughout Seabrooks development and construction phases. Additionally, Eli is responsible for the infrastructure aspect of the development side, from ground breaking and land clearing to asphalting and utilities.
Vice President of Engineering and Entitlements | Sam leads the planning and design of the infrastructure improvements at Seabrook. This includes working with our internal team as well as our consultants to complete property studies, create the land plans, prepare land entitlements, and produce construction documents. Sam has worked on Seabrook and many other New Urbanist developments since 2006 but recently joined us as a full-time member of our leadership team.
