Q: How do I use my gift certificate?
A: Gift certificates can be applied when making a reservation online by entering the gift certificate number at checkout. If you prefer to book with an agent, you may also redeem your gift certificate over the phone by calling our Reservations Team at 877-779-9990.
Q: Do the gift certificates I purchase expire?
A: No, purchased gift certificates do not expire.
Q: What can I use my gift certificate for?
A: Gift certificates may be applied toward a vacation rental reservation and any eligible add-ons associated with that reservation.
Q: Can gift certificates be used at Seabrook shops or restaurants?
A: No. The shops and restaurants in Seabrook are independently owned and operated and maintain their own gift card programs.
Q: Can I receive a physical gift certificate instead of an emailed certificate?
A: Yes. After purchasing a gift certificate, please contact our Guest Services team at 360-276-0265 to request that a physical certificate be mailed to you.
Q: Do I have to use the gift certificate all at once?
A: No, gift certificates can be used for partial payments. Any unused balance will remain available on the certificate and may be applied to a future reservation using the same gift certificate number.
