Laundry Tech staff keep the linens and bedding for guest homes clean and tidy and ready for use for the Seabrook Cottage Rentals. They pride themselves on their attention to detail, looking to ensure that all guest homes are prepared for arriving guests, amenities are in order and that our guests always have fresh supplies readily available. Performs general labor for the day-to-day laundry operations and performs routine duties related to the general functioning of the facilities.

Back Of House Support Person

Back Of House Support person may work independently or in a team-style environment. Essential duties of the role typically include removing soiled bed linen and remaking the bed with clean ones, vacuuming the room and hallways, mopping the floor, cleaning and sanitizing the bathroom and replacing toiletries and towels. 

Performs any combination of the following tasks to maintain guestrooms, working areas, and the hotel premises in general in a clean and orderly manner.

Assistant Maintenance Manager

Perks At A Glance: A full-time, mid-level position is available! Salary depends on qualifications.

The Assistant Maintenance Manager is charged in assisting the Maintenance Manager with the care of Seabrook’s infrastructure.  The Role will assist in managing maintenance personnel and assist in the planning and implementation of various renovation and repair projects.

The position is both responsible for administrative work as well as physical repairs/maintenance. The ideal candidate will assist the Maintenance manager ii the training and developing staff skillsets and providing leadership and supervision of the maintenance team in the absence of the Maintenance Manager. Assist the Maintenance Manager in the achieving department and company goals to keep buildings and grounds both safe and functional for guests and employees alike.

Back of House Office Assistant/Dispatch

Perks At A Glance: Full-time position with benefit opportunities with wages between $15.00-$18.00, depending on experience!

Under the direction of the Back of House Office Manager the Office Admin Assistant is in charge of completing administrative duties for the BOH Admin office. They assist the Office Administrator in ensuring staffing, scheduling and dispatch are coordinated for all BOH work. In addition, they serve as the secondary contact for all accounts receivable and payable to make sure they match plans and progress and assists in scheduling and dispatching personnel.

They assist with all administrative paperwork, filing, as well as assisting with timekeeping records for hourly staff. The Admin Assistant works well under strict deadlines to make sure all contracts and orders are followed. The Admin Assistant is a champion of Seabrook Core Values and customer service for the Back of House department.

We are looking to hire a hardworking Carpet Cleaning Technician to join our cleaning crew. We are looking for a  Residential Painter's Assistant to help prep and paint the interior and exterior of structures, buildings and other surfaces. Your job will be important since good painting has both practical and aesthetic benefits. An ideal painter's assistant is knowledgeable in selecting the right material for their job.

Must have experience in painting with various tools and in various heights and spaces while observing all safety measures.
