The Farm District welcomes you to a simpler, more peaceful life – all just a short walk from the beach. Located on the eastern edge of town, tucked away from the shops and crowds on Front Street, the Farm District offers a relaxed, organic lifestyle in a rural setting.

After a nearly sold out first phase, we’re excited to announce that our ever popular Farm District is growing. A collection of nine new beach homes, located around our newest courtyard The Croft, range in size from two to four bedrooms with prices starting in the mid-$400,000s up to the mid-$500,000s. Three distinct home plans characterize The Croft:

• The Maplewood – features 2 bedrooms plus a media room (or 3rd bedroom) on the upper level.  The main floor is the perfect gathering space with a spacious kitchen and dining room and comfortable living room with fireplace. 
• The Trillium – offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms all on one floor for easy living. This is one of Seabrook’s most classic home styles, re-imagined in the Farm District.
• The Daisy – is the perfect smaller home that is still great for entertaining, with an open living space on the main floor and two cozy bedrooms upstairs.

All of the Croft homes encircle a newly designed courtyard, featuring a large fire-pit, permanent corn-hole court, and relaxed seating areas for everyone to enjoy.

Beautiful, Craftsman farm homes have been carefully designed for the best woodland and pasture views. Spacious home sites allow for personal garden patches for growing fruits and vegetables.
