Seabrook’s Farm District is off to greener pastures!

Welcome to South Farm – Seabrook’s latest innovation in farm community design.

The new neighborhood features a mix of favorite Seabrook floor plans and new home designs. New homes include floor plans from 1 bedroom + loft homes to four-bedroom homes, with open floor plans that support an indoor/outdoor lifestyle. 

If you’re looking for the most open space of any Seabrook neighborhood to date, you will find it at South Farm.
