This summer, Sunrise Pool is opening in Seabrook’s South Farm neighborhood bringing outdoor play to a whole new level. The fully-fenced 25-yard lap pool and hot tub area is the perfect place to go for a morning swim, splash a sunny afternoon away with the kids, or unwind in the evenings.
Not to be left out is the adjoined fitness center and lobby, offering a spacious, natural-light-filled area to get your fitness routine in each day.

Be The First To Shop At The New Market
The beautiful, new market in the Town Center is quickly taking shape! Locals and visitors are in for an elevated grocery shopping experience when Fresh Foods Market opens its doors this summer.
The Fresh Foods team is dedicated to providing Seabrook and the surrounding communities with great shopping options and great service! They are partnering with local farms and makers for inventory, along with plans to donate any excess produce to local food banks.
Shoppers can also expect a deli! For those who love creating craft cocktails of their own, the market is also offering a selection of spirits for the first time in Seabrook. Not to be left out is the wide selection of beer and wine in the store, too.

Hands-On Learning For The Whole Family With Experts-In-Residence
Seabrook Hospitality is thrilled to bring back the Experts-In-Residence Program where professionals bring their expertise to the beach! Don’t miss out on the family-friendly, hands-on learning experiences every Saturday through Wednesday, from June 24th through September 6th in Seabrook.
Last year, guests were delighted by experts in everything from music to astronomy to writing and geology! All sessions with the experts are free to participate in and typically last between 1.5-2 hours.

Sing Along At The Seabrook Sunset Concerts
