Swim outdoors year-round at Sunrise Pool, Seabrook’s heated saltwater pool located in the South Farm neighborhood. The 3-lane, 25-yard pool is designed for both recreation and lap swimming, with a large hot tub, barrel sauna, and comfortable indoor and outdoor lounge spaces for relaxing between swims.
Sunrise Pool is available exclusively to Seabrook homeowners and Seabrook Hospitality guests.
Swim, Soak & Relax
Maintained at 87 degrees, Sunrise Pool makes outdoor swimming part of the Seabrook experience regardless of the season. The pool ranges from 3 feet 6 inches to 5 feet deep, with plenty of space for family swim time along with dedicated morning hours for adult lap swimming.
The large adjoining spa is maintained at 104 degrees, and children may use the spa with adult supervision. A covered outdoor lounge with a fireplace offers a place to settle in near the pool, while a heated indoor lounge provides a cozy spot to warm up on cooler coastal days.
An outdoor barrel sauna is also available, with reservations required.

Know Before You Go
- Children 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- There is no lifeguard on duty. Children should never be left unattended in the pool area.
- Pool towels are provided by the pool attendant. Please do not bring towels from your vacation rental and return pool towels to the used-towel receptacle before leaving.
- Life vests are not provided. Please bring your own if needed.
- The pool accommodates up to 140 people, and the hot tub has a maximum occupancy of 25.
- A pool attendant is onsite throughout the day for cleaning and sanitizing, with particular attention to high-touch surfaces.
- Sunblock, swimming goggles, pool floats, Seabrook apparel, and other retail items are available for purchase in the check-in area.
Sunrise Fitness Center
The attached Sunrise Fitness Center makes it easy to add a workout to your pool day or keep up with your routine while you're at the beach. The 1,728-square-foot fitness center includes cardio, strength, and functional training equipment and is open daily from 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
Inclement Weather
During rare periods of extreme weather when daytime temperatures in Pacific Beach and Seabrook drop below 40 degrees Fahrenheit, Sunrise Pool may close until temperatures warm. Sunrise Fitness Center and the indoor Crescent Pool remain open during these weather closures.
