PRIVACY POLICY
Seabrook Hospitality LLC is committed to respecting the privacy rights of our customers and all visitors to our website. We take this matter very seriously and have instituted policies and procedures to ensure that none of your privacy rights are violated. The following outlines Seabrook Hospitality’s privacy policy and details the measures we have taken to safeguard and protect your privacy, while providing you with a rewarding online reservation experience.
What happens to my information when I communicate with Seabrook Hospitality? When you send an email to Seabrook Hospitality or visit the website, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. Seabrook Hospitality may communicate with you by email or by updating or posting notices on the website. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosure, and other communications that Seabrook Hospitality provides to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communication be in writing.
What kind of information does Seabrook Hospitality collect? In order to serve you better, Seabrook Hospitality collects and stores your personal information when you: (i) create an account on Seabrook Hospitality or (ii) sign up to be notified of special deals like discounts and exclusive offers. An account is created when you make a reservation on the Seabrook Hospitality website. When creating an account, we ask you for your first and last name, your email address, phone number, a password, your billing address, shipping address, and credit card information.
What do you do with my information? Your information is used to process your reservations on Seabrook Hospitality, for internal purposes only and to comply with any legal requirements. By storing your personal information on a secure server, Seabrook Hospitality can shorten your checkout process. All credit card transactions are processed through a secure encrypted connection with our payment gateway service and only the information required to complete transactions is sent. All stored credit card data is encrypted and never viewable by any individual.
Does Seabrook Hospitality share my information with anyone? How does Seabrook Hospitality use my email address or phone number?
Seabrook Hospitality does not sell your information, and we never share your information with third parties without your consent. Mobile information, including SMS consent and phone numbers, will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of data we collect exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We only use your email address to send you periodic email newsletters with valuable information on current Seabrook Hospitality specials and promotions.
We only use your phone number for text messaging if you have provided consent as described below. When providing your mobile number during booking or account creation, you will be presented with an optional, unchecked checkbox to consent to text messages. The checkbox for marketing messages is separate from any other communication preferences and is never required to complete a booking. Reservation and transactional messages are sent based on implied consent established at the time of booking when you provide your mobile number as part of the reservation transaction.
What types of text messages does Seabrook Hospitality send?
Seabrook Hospitality operates the following text message programs:
- Account Verification (2FA): One-time passcodes sent when you sign in or reset your password. Consent is implied by account creation and user-initiated action. These messages cannot be opted out of without disabling SMS-based login.
- Reservation & Stay Notifications: Automated messages related to your booking, including confirmation, check-in instructions, door codes, home-ready alerts, and checkout reminders. Messages are sent based on implied consent established when you provide your mobile number as part of completing a reservation.

Promotional messages are sent no more than 4 times per month. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
How can I unsubscribe from your email list? At the bottom of all broadcast emails is a link to unsubscribe from our email lists.
How can I unsubscribe from your text messages? To stop receiving text messages from Seabrook Hospitality, reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. You may also reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of one message program (e.g., marketing) will not affect delivery of other message types you have consented to (e.g., reservation notifications or verification codes).
