Welcome to Upper Left Coast, a stunning ocean view home close to shops, park, biking trails, and a short walk to the beach!

Upper Left Coast and it's Carriage House, Red Right Return, combine to make a beautiful six bedroom home that is large enough to accommodate 22 guests.

Upper Left Coast was created as a vacation home away from home for family and friends to enjoy Seabrook’s one of a kind beach and town center! It’s location, across from Kucera Park, allows you to watch the waves while overlooking your kids play at the park, play ball in the large grassy area or a game of pickle ball. Just a few steps from the front door is a great fire pit, with a sunset view, for smores. We are 1 block from Seabrook’s town center!

Upper Left Coast is a luxurious home with 6 bedrooms (4 primary suites), 10’ ceilings, cozy furniture with seating for everyone, 55” TV’s, wi-fi throughout the home, gas fireplace, and a kitchen with everything you will need to prepare meals for your guests. Dining table seats up to 12 with 6 more bar stools around the island. The kitchen is well appointed and stocked ready for your stay.

We have plenty of dedicated parking including a 2-car garage with an extra fridge/freezer in the garage.

Upper Left Coast is perfect for family reunions, church groups, guys or ladies getaway, business retreats, weddings, fishing trips, mountain biking excursions, or clam digging trips with friends. Many spaces for people to gather together or separately.

    Location was incredible! It was our first time to Seabrook and we were not disappointed! Pools and spa were lovely. The communication was great! We even lost power for about 7 hours due to a storm and they had a box of candles and flashlights ready for us. They had activities for kids 2 of the 3 night and we felt very safe letting f our teenagers wander around. We would highly recommend!

    Beautiful house! The beds were so comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed & more. Very spacious & beautifully decorated! Location was excellent- close walk to pickleball courts, restaurants & shops. Highly recommend this amazing home!

    Upper Left Coast

    The house was great; however, when we arrived the hot tub was empty and needed to be serviced, the bath mats were used and dirty, and half of the outlets in the kitchen did not work. The hot tub was serviced immediately but we had to wait until the following day for it to be ready… we had a group of disappointed kids given it was chilly, rainy weather. In addition, several other amenities were not available such as the indoor pool and sauna. One of the main reasons we chose this destination for our group (which included visitors from the east coast) were the pools. The host did not respond in a timely manner about the status of the pools and made no effort to proactively communicate or do anything to make up for the lack of amenities. The weather was awful the entire time we were there in August (unusual) and not having full use of the hot tub, indoor pools, and sauna really impacted our stay.

    Excellent location, community and place - like a resort feeling. Had fun with night strolls in community, pickle ball and stuff. Houses are new and well furnished as well. we had a very pleasant and relaxing stay.
