Recuperate from the business of everyday life, and ease into a leisurely vacation at an intimate beach cottage in the idyllic coastal town of Seabrook. The Snug is a comfortably furnished, three bedroom, two and a half bath cottage, sitting on the crest of a hill, overlooking the neighborhood and a lush conservation habitat. This cottage is perfect for a small family, three couples, or a girls weekend retreat, and sleeps a maximum of six people.

The first floor features an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen, a custom built booth for enjoying meals, and a cozy living room with a gas fireplace that can be enjoyed in any season. The primary bedroom, with a queen size bed and ensuite bath, are conveniently located on the main floor, as well as a powder room just off the living area.

Upstairs offers two bedrooms, each with queen size beds and a shared bathroom. All three bedrooms feature plush hotel style mattresses and fine linens, as well as plenty of closet and dresser space. Take this opportunity to finally finish a book, watch endless movies, assemble a puzzle or play a game, maybe even take a long over-due nap with gentle sounds of the nearby ocean.

In the time between beach excursions, trail exploration, swimming at the pool or messing about town, guests will enjoy the nearby scenery from an elevated front porch. Sit in comfort on classic Adirondack chairs, and watch clouds roll by from a surprisingly secluded, split-level outdoor space. Experience the benefits of both a covered porch for outdoor grilling in any weather, and a wonderful open deck for lounging during sunny days and star gazing on clear, crisp nights.

Accessibility through the sheltered back door is a breeze, with few steps and a covered vestibule for keeping gear dry and out of the way. This cottage allows for a maximum of two small dogs (under 25lbs each) and features a fenced dog yard just off the back porch. Additionally, there is an outdoor hot and cold water faucet for hosing off beach feet and sandy paws.

This inviting cottage is located in the Mill District, an area of historical significance during the booming lumber industry. Discover the unique areas that make this neighborhood so special, such as the traditional campfire surrounded by carved log benches and a ring of young evergreens. Legendary stumps, left behind as giant storytellers to a time long ago, invite guests to experience first-hand, the sheer size and magnificence of nature’s gifts. Explore the nearby trails, which lead adventurers through the woods, into town or towards the enchanted Gnome forest, past the Elk Creek lowlands, and to the beach in under fifteen minutes.

    We stayed at "The Sung" at Seabrook. Definitely was how it was described. It was the perfect size for a small family and a few dogs. The front porch was great for having our morning coffee and relaxing. We really enjoyed our time here and will be returning to this property in the future!     There were some ants in the downstairs master bathroom we had to remove each day. Think they were coming from a corner between the sink and shelves. There was no apparent outdoor pillows which may have been nice. Overall good place to stay.

    I almost want to keep this all to myself, and The Snug! It was perfect for us with our little dog. She could go right outside to the fenced area to do her business. It was super easy to clean up after her. The space accommodated our need for minimal stairs for one guest. The setting was peaceful. It was simply perfect. I can’t wait to go back!!

    Location was good. Everything was walk-able from the house. Max especially enjoyed the dog park, and we visited both pools and beach. There are lots of short trails that make for great mini-hikes with dog and kids. The Spa at Seabrook was amazing, be sure to book well in advance.

    Our family enjoyed staying in Seabrook. Although the place is not very spacious it felt very cozy and we could easily fit 5 adults and two kids there. It was quite overnight and close to the beach in the same time. Our 6year old son liked the pool a lot!

    The Snug was great! Everything they showed plus more! Clean, SO MUCH TO DO , all walkable! Super clean and spacious! Fit our family of 5 perfectly! Kids and all! Seabrook vacation management wasn't as friendly but one gentleman went out of his way to make our late check(due to management )in worth it and was very friendly and tried to accommodate! The community is impeccable and we will be back FOR SURE! The snug is our favorite and there were so many hidden gems!
