The Sleepy Pup welcomes you to Seabrook. Located in the center of Seabrook close to the pool, shops, restaurants, and Gnome Trail to the beach. If you are looking for a cozy, quiet, and relaxing home with all the amenities, The Sleepy Pup is a great choice.
Family room is equipped with a gas fire insert and a 65” smart TV with the most popular streaming services (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, HBO Max, Hulu, YouTube, etc.) installed. Log in using your subscription credentials and keep up with your favorite shows while cuddling on the large couch. Please remember to log out of your accounts when leaving.
The well-equipped kitchen has a gas cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher and everything you need for cooking. Dining area includes a large kitchen table for family dining.
Downstairs primary bedroom has a king bed, closet, full length mirror, and bathroom with tub and shower.
Upstairs includes 2 bedrooms, one with king bed and one with queen bed. Both upstairs bedrooms are equipped with TVs. The upstairs bedroom with king bed also features a drop leaf table which can be extended for use as a home office.
Relax on the large front porch overlooking the woods. Seating for six includes rocking chairs, glider, Adirondack chairs, and side tables. Morning sun makes the porch a perfect spot for enjoying your first cup of coffee.
Enjoy your quiet fenced in backyard with a hot tub, outdoor shower, picnic table, and BBQ. Sit around the fire pit and toast marshmallows while relaxing on comfortable Adirondack chairs and loveseat.
Park your car in the garage or on the street. Bring your bikes or rent some from Buck’s Northwest (Buck’s Bikes) and cruise the streets of Seabrook. Beach chairs for your use are located in the garage along with a handy beach cart.

Wonderful home!
by AlexaWe had a fantastic stay at The Sleepy Pup! The house was sparkling clean, included lots of extras we weren't expecting and was in a perfect location! Our last favorite part of traveling is uncomfortable mattresses and the bed here was so comfortable. Part of the yard is fully fenced which is perfect for having a dog and the hot tub is very private. The porch overlooking the gnome trail and forest was great for reading, coffee, and letting our dog people-watch. When we come back to Seabrook we will definitely stay here again.
Great location, beautiful home
by KristaMy friends and I stayed here for our annual girls trip and picked it specifically because it is dog friendly, but it also happened to be a great size for a small group. The location is awesome…right on the gnome trail and an easy walk to the beach. The kitchen is really well stocked, so if you plan on cooking you really don’t need to bring anything but groceries. Also, the mattresses were amazing. I slept better there than I do at home! Definitely took advantage of the hot tub and the gated yard was clutch with the pups. 10/10 would recommend and look forward to returning!
Great vacation home
by DeniseThe sleepy pup was a really great vacation home. It was super dog friendly with bowls, porch gate, and outdoor space. It made it easy to accommodate the furry members of our family. There was plenty of space for what we needed. We loved hearing the ocean from the front porch and utilizing the fire pit and hot tub in the back. It\'s perfectly located between everything you would need. The beach path is right out front and it\'s a quick walk to the pool and into town. There were lots of games/toys and DVDs for our kid and everything was clean. It\'s nice and tucked away for a great relaxing beach vacation. We will be back!
Great weekend away
by Janet PWe loved our weekend away at the Sleepy Pup. The house was cozy and comfortable. It was a short easy walk to the beach. We loved that we could bring our dog and that the house was set up to accommodate a dog. We ate out some meals but when we cooked the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a meal. The community was quiet, and the bed very comfortable so we were able to rest, relax, and recharge. Will definitely stay again.
