Our warm, sunny home is a spacious, comfortable place to gather with friends and family. We love spending our family vacations here and hope that you will too. Main Floor
Enter from the formal entry on Seabrook Avenue or through the backyard on West Myrtle Lane. An open floor plan with lots of windows, comfortable furniture, and oriental carpets throughout create an inviting space even on the greyest of winter days. French doors on the living room close to create privacy and quiet from those in the upstairs bedrooms. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare beautiful meals from simple summer fare to big holiday dinners.

Mudroom : Washer/Dryer, powder room, hot tub towel storage

Kitchen : Fully stocked with pots, Fiestaware dishes, and utensils to serve 20; gas range, toaster, drip and Keurig coffee makers, blender, mixer; bar stool seating along counter; and a separate powder room

Dining Room : Large maple table with chairs and benches to seat family and friends.

Living Room : Sofa, cozy chairs, window seat overlooking the water, gas fireplace, large flat screen TV with Bose LifeStyle sound system and DVR

Entry Closet : Vacuum, ironing board, brooms.

Second Floor
Three bedrooms and two full baths accommodate 6 guests on Rainbow’s End’s second floor.

Primary Bedroom : King bed, flat screen TV, dresser, chair and ottoman, master bath with large soaking tub, walk-in shower

Bedroom 2 : Queen bed, flat screen TV, dresser, sunny southern exposure

Bedroom 3 : Queen bed, flat screen TV, seating on small balcony overlooking Seabrook Avenue and views to the ocean

Third Floor
This large room, a favorite for young and old alike, is a place to relax and enjoy the views. The floor has a full bath and 5 beds to sleep 6 comfortably. We have created three unique areas in front of each of its three large windows.

West : A leather sectional sofa with two person sofa bed offers unobstructed views to the west and sunsets over the ocean, as well as, a gathering space to watch movies or play games on a large flat screen TV with surround sound. A large ottoman holds extra blankets for cuddling on the sofa.

South : A sturdy table and chairs provides space for board games, card games or puzzles.

North : Custom built-in daybeds with trundles create a flexible sleeping space or just a relaxing place to hang-out.

Backyard
The large, open, fully enclosed backyard has a southern exposure, a gas grill, seating for outdoor dining and a fire pit for grilling s’mores and a large hot tub for relaxing any time of day.

Carriage House
This small, private apartment has a full bath, a flat screen TV, and kitchenette with small refrigerator, toaster, and hot water kettle. A queen bed and daybed sleep three comfortably. A small table and stools offer space to sip coffee while looking out toward the ocean over Seabrook’s bustling Front Street.

Please note that the garage below the carriage home is currently unavailable for use. There are two parking spaces on Seabrook Avenue, as well as additional street side parking for guest use at Rainbow's End.

    Overall, the Seabrook community is beautiful. The homes are lovely, there are convenient restaurants and a grocery store. The abilityto walk to the beach and enjoythe coastlineis amazing. The home we chose was large and a short walk from the beach and everything else. However, many of the details were misrepresented in the description or photos. In no particular order I listed my observations. - The home was DIRTY and in desperate need of a deep cleaning - Floors were not mopped/ visibly dirty - 3rd floor bathroom had not been cleaned at all - Pet hair everywhere - balls of it on the floor - Kitchen dishwasher needs to be replaced - it is so disgusting - Shower head on the second floor is either rusted or molded - Linen on one of the third floor beds was visibly dirty and needed to be washed - Rugs on first floor are visibly dirty - don’t look at the liner underneath - WiFi is almost useless - don’t think you can work from this place - The microwave was out of order

    Beautiful home that needs serious maintenance: Microwave didn’t work Main floor bathroom had an old “out of order” sign Bathroom sink and tub didn’t drain on 2nd floor shared bath Hot tub was unusable as yellow/brown smelly water Strong moldy smell in carriage house and master bedroom/bathroom. Mold gave me headache after sleeping in there AND we left messages on their maintenance line and left messages in person at the rental desk. They said they’d send someone. No one came. We notified them in person at check out. Said they’d call us. NO RESPONSE for our whole trip. We never expect a perfect house or experience but the price and promises made on the listing did NOT match our experience. Our previous experiences with large hosting companies are usually great; this makes me more cautious. 😔 Views of beach, walkable location, size and layout of home kept them 3 stars.

    We had so much fun here. Our house was amazing with lots of room, very clean and a great view of the ocean. Walking to the beach and around town to stores was fun. We enjoyed the pool and hiking trail. Also don’t forget the beach and ocean. You could walk to it.We can’t wait to come back.

    Rainbows End

    Everything was pretty good. Lucked into some beautiful weather for a beach walk in February. A few things weren’t up to satisfaction. The dishwasher was in a state of needing its filters cleaned so it didn’t properly wash the loads of dishes. When we looked into it. It was full of past guest food scraps. Also as annEV driver it would be great if the village had more EV parking available for guests. The parking EV parking that was available was being used by a bunch of non-EV SUVs. Which is annoying when the one thing you worry about is being able to get a charge where you are going so you can get back. Would be great if they would make it clear that EV parking is there for guest with charging Electric Vehiclea only. Other than that it was a nice stay.

    Rainbows End

    We had a great stay at Rainbows End in Seabrook! The house was accommodating and well stocked (only thing I’d suggest would’ve been a bundle of wood for the fire pit). Everything was very clean, check in and out were smooth. The Seabrook team got in front of a few issues and let us know ahead of time and it was no problem at all! I’m sure we will be back! This was great for our family of 10!

    Rainbows End

    This house is right next door to a restaurant which means you smell the cooking next door all day! It was awful. Also, this house was very DIRTY! The dishwasher did not work well, leaving the dishes still dirty after cycle was run. We had to wash by hand. All dishes in the cupboards were filthy! There are dirty hand marks all around the doorknobs & the floors made our socks black. It was gross. We arrived at 4, but not able to get into our house until 4:40pm because the cleaning crew was not done. Very disappointing after a long drive. Washing machine was running with a load & the dryer was full & running as well. Apparently we were supposed to finish the cleaners job? Not enough bath towels, hand towels or washrags! Family of 7 staying here & due to the lack of adequate stock, we had to do laundry everyday! Super frustrating. This home has a carriage house detached which we were unable to use because the electricity was not working inside that unit. We called for maintenance, but they didn't have a key to the breaker box, so it was left unfixed. Nobody contacted us to advise if and when we would have electricity, so called again the next day to find out status. They sent someone else out who again couldn't fix because of no key to the breaker box inside the garage. The issue was unresolved until late that 2nd day. The hottub didn't work either & not resolved until late on day 2! Backyard is dirt which was not pleasant. Loved Seabrook, but will never stay at this home again.

    The stay was wonderful. There was so much to do that we couldn’t get to everything and need to come back. The house was well stocked with linens and towels. The kitchen had plenty of supplies for our party.

    Rainbows End

    Lovely home-great location. Kitchen was great for planning holiday meal. Bonuses were clamming and beautiful weather. Loved new trails and pickle ball courts. Disappointing hot tub has not worked for months. Had hoped for a timely repair. Thank you for a memorable holiday!
