A House by The Sea is located right in front of the popular Beach Camp cottages, near Crescent park and offers respite and enjoyment with every modern convenience (including a Tesla charging station!) you may need for the perfect long or short stay getaway.

Come and experience the relaxation that sets in with the scent of sea air and the ever-present sound of the ocean waves while sitting on the heated wrap around porch. Choose a book from the eccentric selection available and curl up by the stone fireplace with cozy throws and down pillows. After a long walk or run on the beach come back and shower off in our secluded backyard outdoor shower and jump into the hot tub to soothe your muscles. Or on those days that you prefer to stay in take a bubble bath in the vintage claw foot tub. If you love to cook, the kitchen offers everything you need from a French press to a Mayan inspired mortar and pestle for making authentic tableside quacamole. Enjoy snipping fresh herbs from our herb garden while you are at it! Large and luxurious beach towels, an insolated beach bag, a sand-proof beach blanket, and four beach chairs are all available for your seaside enjoyment.

FIRST FLOOR

The LIVING ROOM is open to the kitchen and dining room, offering two comfortable leather chairs, a cozy couch, stone gas fireplace, hardwood floors, cozy wraps and a repertoire of books to immerse yourself in.

The DINING ROOM has a gorgeous antique table which can be extended to seat up to eight if you choose to entertain other Seabrook guests while here! In addition, there is an extra entry way bench that can easily be pulled over to accommodate more friends.

The KITCHEN is designed with a counter bar seating area with 4 swivel barstools great for chatting with those cooking in the kitchen or quickly checking your email while away! There is a stainless-steel gas cooking stove, microwave, dishwasher and double door stainless steel refrigerator with ice + water in the door. There are plenty of pans and bakeware for pies and muffins, a toaster, 12-cup coffee maker, hot water kettle for hot beverages and everything you can think of for serving cocktails (did someone say Moscow mules?), lemonades and iced tea. The kitchen also includes a blender for smoothies and a Belgian waffle maker - sure to please the foodie enthusiasts among us!

The MUDROOM just to the right of the kitchen backdoor has a full size washer and dryer, a built-in bench and cubbies for towels and a place to hang coats and store boots. There is a large utility sink for washing out swimsuits and boots. Just beyond the mudroom is a POWDER ROOM with toilet and sink.

The PRIMARY BEDROOM (more like a luxe suite) offers a king size mattress that feels like a cloud, cotton quilts, down duvet and comforter (Seabrook triple sheeting),and a selection of down and hypoallergentic pillows for your use. A full 55 inch high-def smart television, two bedside tables and two lamps plus a large dresser and mirror and ceiling fan. The ENSUITE BATHROOM includes a claw foot bathrub, a rain head glass enclosed shower, marble sink varity with mirror, beautiful shelving filled with seaside collectables, Epson salts, bath bombs and coconut milk for your spa use. Additionally, there is a separate private toilet with nothing other than a funky chandelier and words of wisdoms to inspire contemplations.

SECOND FLOOR

The MEDIA ROOM includes a 55 inch smart television, full cable access media console with Xbox 360, plenty of Xbox games, and DVDs for adults and children alike. Plus, cards and puzzles, board games and fun for the whole family! There is a large down filled couch to kick back in and a large coffee table.

The second BEDROOM includes a queen size pillow top mattress canopy bed with cotton quilt, down filled duvets (Seabrook triple sheeting) and variety of pillows, dresser, bedside table and lamp and closet with hangers. The attached bathroom includes a full bathtub, shower, toilet, sink and mirror vanity.

The third BEDROOM includes two twin antique poster beds which can be pushed together to create a king size bed, cotton blankets and down filled duvet comforters (Seabrook triple sheeting) and a variety of pillows. Two hanging glass pendant lamps attached to the wall for individual reading needs, a small dresser and nightstand. The attached bathroom includes a full bathtub, shower, toilet, sink and mirror vanity.

OUTSIDE

The WRAP AROUND PORCH includes four Adirondack chairs (two by the firepit) to enjoy the sun and sea air. Lovely entertaining bonus: Nine-foot custom wood table with built-in bench plus three whicker Restoration Hardware loveseats for gatherings, cocktails and ultimate entertaining (Barefoot Contessa is inspired!). Up above the table are two large expensive heaters - a luxe perk for chilly Pacific Northwest eveings.

The secluded BACKYARD includes a cedar picnic table and benches to seat six and a gas Weber grill. An outdoor fire pit for evening gathering and S'mores! The hot tub seats six and the outdoor enclosed private shower has hot water!

The HERB GARDEN is there for your culinary enjoyment for snipping, mint, oregano, rosemary, sage and thyme. Other herbs and veggies will most likely be added throughout summer months!

Last but not least, the Wi-Fi is the fastest available for work remote needs, internet access is full cable available upstairs and down (yes... even PAC-12 Network, ESPN, and the coveted Golf & Tennis Channel!)
