Central Park is a great retreat for the entire family including your four legged friend. This 2005-built home provides everything you need in a modern home. The home and adjacent carriage house will comfortably sleep 13 with four large bedrooms and 4 ½ baths. Cozy up on the large wrap-around porch featuring infrared heaters, rocking and Adirondack chairs, while overlooking beautiful Crescent Park. At Crescent Park you can enjoy an Indoor Swimming Pool, Playground, Horseshoe Pits, Shuffle Board, and Fire Pits, which are great for making s’mores; much much more! Also make use of the wireless internet. It is just a short distance on the many walking paths and trails to the Front Street Market, other town merchants, and access to the beautiful beach with two streams flowing into the gently-sloped ocean.


This modern home with classic beach architecture has an open floor plan with the primary bedroom and private bath on the main level. Also on the main level is a mudroom, laundry sink, washer/dryer and half bath off the fully equipped kitchen. An expandable dining table seats up to 10 with more seating at the kitchen island. The living area includes a wood burning fireplace, comfortable furniture and large flat screen TV. Upstairs are two more bedrooms and a large media room allowing a separate entertainment area. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, extra twin bed, TV and private bath. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and TV. The media room has a TV, DVD player, VCR, and two love-seat sized, comfortable sofa-sleepers. A full bath completes the upstairs amenities.


A carriage house includes a queen bed, full size sofa sleeper, bath/shower and mini-kitchen. A hot tub and a heated outdoor shower for rinsing off after hot-tubing or washing off sand from the beach are located between the house and garage. A natural gas-fired BBQ is just outside the kitchen door on the covered porch. A seating area with outdoor infrared heaters and a natural gas-fired BBQ is just outside the kitchen door on the covered porch.

    Perfect Home for an Unforgettable Stay

    Central Park is perfectly located! It was ideal for our girls trip! We loved our stay in this home….the wrap around deck is perfect for morning coffee &/ or evening meals! We loved having the hot tub to come home too after our afternoon walks at the beach. This house is cosy, has all the amenities & lots of space for us to all spread out! I lucked out and got the Carriage House… super comfortable & so nice to have that extra space. Thanks for the good times Central Park…. We will be back!

    Wow! Amazing location just steps away from”downtown” but also quiet and private. The house has everything you could hope for: chef’s kitchen, big dining table (plus heated porch table), a living area for talking or watching a movie, and all the bedrooms and relaxing space you could want. Plus hot tub, plus dog friendly plus carriage house = what a deal!

    Central Park was perfect for our large group! The home is well thought out, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed. Plenty of dishes, towels (bath AND hot tub), extra bedding, kitchen basics and a great selection of games that kept our group happy. Can't beat its location; close by the pool and a short walk into town. We brought our dogs so the fully fenced yard was a huge plus! Appreciated the extra bikes/scooters on hand, as well as the new grill and sparkling clean hot tub!

    We LOVE staying at Seabrook! I have a hard time suggesting anything because we love it there so much that the little things just don't matter. We've stayed in many homes and each one has had a setup that we needed at that time. We had extra TV rooms when we stayed with my granddaughters, extra rooms with bathrooms when staying with friends and houses with separate sleeping placed like cottages when staying with couples with new babies that needed quiet.

    In the hall bathroom upstairs

    In the hall bathroom upstairs in Central Park the door stop is missing and the toilet paper holder is broken. I love Seabrook and have referred no less then 40 people there. This was my fifth stay there. Keep up the good work. If you come out with a frequent flyer program or referral program please let me know.
