Welcome to Beach Bum cottage in the South of Market Street neighborhood (SOMA)—one of the best locations in Seabrook. From the private balcony, you can enjoy sunrises in the morning and the energy of town center in the evening. You're also just a short walk to any of the three access points to the beach.

This beach cottage is steps away from town center with its unique shops, restaurants, and the Sunset Amphitheater, where you can relax and listen to summertime concerts on Friday nights. A few steps in the opposite direction of Beach Bum is Kucera Park, with a pickleball court, a child playscape, and lots of seating, all with a view of the Pacific Ocean. You can finish the night by sitting at the firepit, which is great for making s’mores!

The bright and open main floor plan features a fireplace in the living room and a big dining room table. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen includes quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a gas range with all the tools to cook a wonderful meal. There is also a peninsula with chairs so you can visit while you cook.

Also on the main level is a primary bedroom with an attached bath featuring a walk-in shower with a bench. The mudroom also accesses this bath.

Upstairs, there is a king primary bedroom with an ensuite bath, a queen guest bedroom, a bedroom with four built-in bunk beds, a full bathroom, and even a full-size washer and dryer.

Unlimited Wi-Fi is available throughout, and there are three Smart TVs in the living room, primary upstairs bedroom, and bunk room. There's also a PlayStation 4, classic board games, and pickleball paddles and balls (for the court up the street in Kucera Park).

This beach-themed home features a large covered front porch and a balcony off the primary bedroom upstairs with a view of the town and park. There is plenty of seating, including Adirondack chairs, on both the front porch and private balcony, as well as in the paved side yard.

Remember to bring along your four-legged family member. Beach Bum is dog-friendly and offers up a dog bed for napping, bowls for dinnertime, and towels to dry your pup after a hike around town or a free roam on the beach.

To top off your beach getaway, the paver patio has a six-person hot tub, an inline gas Weber BBQ Grill, and an outdoor shower and faucet with hot and cold water to wash away the sand after a fun day on the beach.

    We loved our stay at Seabrook!! We could walk to town and the beach - which was really nice!! The grocery store was well-stocked and very friendly. We enjoyed fun dinners at the Rising Tide and Koko’s. The drive to Ocean Shores and Quinault rain forest was beautiful and convenient. The Beach Bum house was so comfortable and relaxing. We had everything we needed to enjoy some quality family time!!

    We stayed here for Christmas and were super impressed by how fully equipped the kitchen was, as well as the cleanliness. The host was very quick to respond. There was an issue when we arrived with the heat, and within a couple hours, someone from maintenance came to replace some batteries. Unfortunately that did not fix the issue, so the main living space was freezing during our stay. The water seems to take a long time to heat as well. But all in all, a great stay!

    We loved staying at the beach bum! Super close to walk to anything in town-coffee, the market, restaurants, boutiques…just steps away! The balcony off the master was amazing in the sunshine 🥰 It was a wonderful stay and we really appreciated all the extra cozy soft blankets in every room…our kids loved having those to snuggle and it felt like home 🩵 We love Seabrook and would definitely stay here again! The only downside was the hot tub not working but we knew that before booking so it wasn’t a surprise and we utilized both the community indoor and outdoor pools/hot tubs while we were there, so we got our fix! This is a great house for kids and a perfect location close to the beach and town!

    We enjoyed the entire Seabrook community and the home we stayed in. Our family of ten (grandparents to young grandchildren) explored around the neighborhoods, shopped downtown, played in the playground and swam in the outdoor pool. Our favorite was easy access to the beautiful beach. The home we stayed in was perfect with ample room and a well equipped kitchen. The location was convenient to everything. Considering the amount of construction going on around us it was relatively quiet, especially in the evenings. Ongoing construction was not an issue. Seabrook is a great multi-generational vacation place with something for everyone. We enjoyed our stay and will return.

    This was the closest rental to town that we have stayed in, and it was really enjoyable to be able to walk to almost all destinations. We are always surprised at how much it grows from year to year. The Saturday market was fun as well as entertaining. (Music would be a great addition to get everyone in the mood for shopping! ) Our rental home was wonderful and accommodated us all very nicely. We've been vacationing at Seabrook for five years, and we made more great memories again this year. Treasured family time, very well spent. Thank you, Seabrook, for the memories.

    It was a lovely home and conveniently located near the shops and restaurants. Please note it is almost completely fenced as there is an opening to the front porch that leads to the road. Also, there is construction on 2 sides of the building so it is a bit noisy from 8-3 or so. It didn’t really bother us , but it might be an issue if have little ones.

    Home was centrally located and an easy walk to both the beach and to the town center. Definitely plan ahead with reservations if you want to eat at the very small restaurants but it was a great time cooking and grilling there as well.
