Stay in the heart of town at this intimate two bedroom, two bathroom seashore flat, which is mere steps to the beach, nearby parks, and the burgeoning retail shops and restaurants. Immerse in the daily activities at street level or watch from above on a private balcony overlooking Market Street, where you can catch a glimpse of the ocean to the west.

Enter from street level through a discreet and private resident entrance and climb the stairs to a bright and open living space. Find enjoyment in the preparation of shared meals in a flexible dining area with counter and table seating for up to ten people. Thoughtfully selected furnishings create a living room that is spacious and classically refined, while maintaining an atmosphere of comfort and sociability. Step outside onto the balcony, for a bird’s eye view of the surroundings, and feel the cool ocean breeze drift up from the shoreline.

Seek solitude in a nap or a refreshing night’s sleep in one of two bedrooms with plush king size beds and separate bathrooms. The master suite features crisp hotel linens, an en suite bathroom, and a soothing atmosphere to clear away busy thoughts. The guest bedroom with adjacent full bathroom, also features luxury bed linens and stylish furnishings for a calming sanctuary any time of day. Hear the sounds of the dynamic ocean from both bedrooms and breathe fresh air while dreaming. A washer and dry are conveniently located in the main hallway for unexpected laundry or for guests who prefer to pack light.

This lovely coastal hideaway is located in the neighborhood South of Market, which is conveniently situated in the town center and within sight of the beach through a filtering of windswept trees. Seabrook’s Kucera Park is the nearby neighborhood park, ideal for stunning ocean vistas, boasting a sprawling grass lawn for events and picnics, a community fire pit, and a natural children’s play area. Wanderers will appreciate the nearby greenbelt conservation area, where explorers can veer from the sidewalks onto a natural trail and follow it through various habitats within Seabrook.

    The VRBO was in excellent condition and located on the main street. It is above a store, but this was not an issue with us. We had a dog with us, and all three thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Plan to visit Seabrook again.

    Headline: Pricey, but very comfortable. Positive: The unit was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of space to spread out. The beds were great. We had everything we needed. The town is beautiful and it’s just a couple minutes walk to the beach. If going to the National Park and locations like Crescent Lake, Sol Duc Falls or Hurricane Ridge it will be 3 hours or more of driving (each way). Negative: Didn’t have as many kitchen items as other properties. Things like measuring spoons or a crock pot. Limited butter knives. But the basics were there. Some areas in the unit need cosmetic repair - corners, edges, ledges etc but it doesn’t impact the stay. Would liked to have had a shade/blind on the patio doors as there are lights in the town and it’s too bright to sleep on the couch. This location is definitely pricey but worth it if you want to splurge a bit.

    We had a blast staying at the location and exploring the town for a long weekend. Everything about the property was excellent and exceeded what we saw online.Our only minor inconvenience was the 4pm check in time. We were from out of town on a long drive, most of the shops and restaurants were closed when we got there, so we had to sit in the car for a couple of hours which was rough.

    Everything was great except we had problems when getting into the property at the start of our trip. The door key combination didn't work and we had to track down somebody from Seabrook who had to let us in and then diagnose the issue (the smart lock was out of battery and the issue was resolved within an hour).

    We enjoyed the central location and not having to drive anywhere during our stay. There were kid plates, bowls, and utensils which was very helpful. We were able to walk to the beach or the pool several times as well as food, shops, and ice cream and the kids and doggy loved it. We weren’t quite aware that it was a townhouse but I should have read the descriptions closer, but an exterior photo of the place would have been helpful.

    My family really enjoyed our stay here. The house was exactly as described and even nicer in person. Looking out from the balcony we could see the sunset over the ocean. The house has everything we need and it was located very close to a market and several restaurants. The whole town is walkable and there are many things to see. The beach is just across the street and down a few stairs. We would definitely stay here again.

    Pictures match exactly. Had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and both bathrooms were big which was nice. Perfect location in the heart of Seabrook. Literally 100 feet from the market and less than a 5 minute walk to all the restaurants. Beach access was easy to find and a short walk as well! Would recommend staying there again!

    The apartment was modern and cozy. It is located above a store on Main Street. During our stay it was very quiet as it was mid-September. I would imagine that during the high season it may be a bit more active. The apartment needs some TLC. Furniture is showing signs of use, blinds are broken, closet doors need serious attention, coffee grinder broken (not that any was provided). All of which we shared with the front desk upon departure. It did not give the "Welcome to Seabrook" that we were expecting. Just lacking the little things that make Airbnb travel such a delight.

    Great townhouse located right in the middle of everything. The interior is spacious, clean and well decorated. I think since the place is really new it’s missing a lot of basic things that you would expect at an airbnb, such as cooking oil, laundry detergent…etc. One bad thing is that it’s right across from an active construction site that begins at 6am.
