Welcome to On the Rocks


Can you hear the icy rocks clinking in your glass? We hope you're inspired to craft a few cocktails and relax in this spacious new home sleeping 12 guests with 4 bedroom/4.5 bath. You'll enjoy the unique convenience of being steps away from the beach, the shops, the pool, the park, and the trails.


In the morning, let the sea breeze carry the smell of coffee and pastries from the bakery through the gazebo at Meriweather square right into your living room. Maybe in the afternoon you can lounge next to the fire, or cook a delicious meal with an audience seated at your large kitchen island. When evening rolls around we're back to cocktails (you catching the theme here?), sitting out front with the dog at your feet, under a heater, on your enormous deck!


We've tried to consider everyone for rooms as well, with two ensuite Cal King primary bedrooms, one on the main floor and one upstairs. Also upstairs is an en suite Queen with tub, a bunk room with 6 extra long twins and a dedicated bathroom with tub in the hallway.


Gather the whole gang in the living room for a show on the 60" HD plasma TV, or tuck the kids in the bunk room with games, toys, the XBOX, or a movie, while you grab a good book from the selections off our shelves.


We've done our best to try and make sure nothing is missing from your relaxing stay, but welcome all your suggestions to make it better. We hope you are able to enjoy everything our home and Seabrook has to offer. Cheers!

    Relax in the perfect house in the perfect location!

    We did not want to leave! This is a brand new, gorgeous house in the ideal location. It is quiet and peaceful, yet it is only a few minute walk into the town center. The decor is so fun and creative and provided us with the calm that we were looking for. The kitchen seemed to be stocked better than my kitchen at home! We had 3 families and a dog stay here and it was plenty of space! There are 3 bedrooms with en suit bathrooms and an additional HUGE bunkroom/playroom for the kids. The beach and miles of trails are all easily walkable. This was such a lovely stay and we cannot wait to go back!

    Delightful Charmer

    This place has it all! We must have been one of the first to stay here as it appeared to be brand new construction, and no detail was spared. The house is big and airy on the ground floor, with ample room for large groups. We had no problem getting 9 people around the large dining table, and the comfy living room with large flatscreen was fantastic for movie nights. Loved having breakfast at the counter in the large, well appointed kitchen too. Outside we lounged on comfy outdoor couches while we grilled and had cocktails in the evenings. The house is perched on a little island so it doesn't have any super close neighbors, which is nice for privacy, and directly across the street there is access to open space for gorgeous hikes.

    One the Rocks....rocks!

    This house is great! It is close to town and the beach. The interior is relaxing, thoughtful, and comfortable. The fire pit area and the porch both offered comfortable outdoor hang out spots. The kitchen was very well-equipped (love the gorgeous mismatched cocktail glasses to suit all drinks and personalities) with ample space for many cooks to be in the kitchen. The kid's room offered space, toys, and a TV so something for everyone! The bed was comfortable and it was so nice for every bedroom to have its own bathroom. This home is lovely and can accommodate many in a comfortable way. Our dog just about moved in, spending many naps on the deck after being hosed off with warm water (after a dip in the beach). Can't say enough about this lovely home!

    Amazing Getaway

    This home has it all. Beautifully finished inside with room for all - even our dog. We loved hanging out on the deck and sitting by the fire pit roasting s’mores. Also a super short walk to town. Definitely coming back!
