Welcome to the Blue Lantern cottage at Seabrook.

The cottage is perched on top of a hill facing west, with partial ocean views from almost every room. It's located next to West Hill Park, Woodland Promenade on the south, and a forested green belt to the north. The three story cottage and separate carriage house is a wonderful option for families, friends, and small groups who want easy walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants, Central Park, and the pool.

As you enter from the French doors of the entertainment deck of the cottage, there is an open living area consisting of a coastal style living room, a lounging area with two gliding chairs, a large dining table with two leaf extensions, and four counter stools off the kitchen island, allowing up to seating of 15 people. It has a fully stocked kitchen, with the convenience of a beverage refrigerator, stemware, and an electric bottle opener. A mud room with an oversized washer and dryer and a half bathroom are located off the kitchen. The living room has two full size sofas, a 55-inch flat screen television, basic cable, DVD/Blu-ray player, board games and puzzles. Guests who have private accounts with Netflix and Amazon Prime can enjoy the on demand benefits.

The second floor consists of three bedrooms: two queens and one king. Enjoy the partial ocean view from the king primary bedroom while relaxing on the coastal shutter bed and luxury mattress. Take a relaxing bath in the primary bathroom’s claw foot bathtub. Walk onto the second floor deck off the primary bedroom, and enjoy the views while sitting on the Adirondack chairs. The two guest bedrooms have coastal themes and consist of a sleigh bed and a white metal bed, and share a bathroom. The guest bathroom is stocked with bath and beach towels in the linen closet.

Children and teenagers will enjoy the third floor which consists of sleeping for eight on the beach themed beds with bean bags and gaming chair seating, a television, a few board games, Lincoln logs, and Tinker Toys. A 3/4 bathroom is located off the third floor.

The carriage house is separated from the main house and is located on the second level, above the garage. There is one queen bedroom with a vanity sink and a separate bathroom with a shower and toilet. The living area offers a twin daybed with trundle - drop leaf table with two coastal dining chairs, an accent chair, a small dresser, coffee maker, toaster oven, and a mini refrigerator for convenience.

In the garage there are four beach chairs, 2 tennis rackets with tennis balls, footballs with flags for playing flag football, sport cones and Frisbees, and a ball pump. The garage also has a Tesla car charger.
