There’s room for the whole gang at The Big Chill. Located in the heart of the Farm District, walk right from the porch onto the enclosed Horseshoe Park and watch the kids play soccer, kickball, fly kites….or whatever floats your surfboard. This 5-bedroom house was designed to kick back and relax. But if you're looking for some action this modern farmhouse is just a stone’s throw from the best beach on the Washington coast. In addition, it’s steps away from Alderwood playground and basketball court, tennis/pickle ball courts, and bike/walking trails —everything you’ll need to exhaust and delight an army of big and tiny humans alike.

The Big Chill sleeps 14. But no silently resenting whoever snags the best bedroom here—this large, family friendly home has four master bedrooms ALL with king-sized beds and their own private bathrooms. An additional bunk room sleeps six making it the perfect respite for family gatherings and groups of friends. It's furnished with loads of comfy furniture to make relaxing unavoidable.

Live the dream that is Seabrook on the giant wraparound porch - the biggest in Seabrook! The covered deck makes chillin' weather-proof and is perfect for entertaining or engaging in a legendary corn hole match regardless of the season. All that bean bag tossing work up an appetite? Whip up a feast in the giant gourmet kitchen with top-end appliances and grub away at its farmhouse dining table that seats up to 14, perfect for holiday dinners. Or step outside to the covered outdoor grill—with room for a mind boggling 38 all-beef patties—before chowing down in one of two outdoor dining areas.

Know what makes a good beach vacation great? An epic soundtrack. That’s why The Big Chill has Sonos surround sound and is Spotify enabled so you can rock out with your Seabrook logo-embroidered socks out. All. Day. Long.

Day drinking on the coast can get exhausting. So cozy up next to the private fire pit in the evening or soak off the day in the 8-person hot tub. Mindless escapism more your style? Kick your feet up in front of either of the 75” or 55” smart TVs, or play Xbox video game (or three). No matter how you choose to relax, The Big Chill has got you covered.

 

Seabrook is burgeoning with growth of new homes and amenities. This property is not near active construction; however, construction may be seen and heard throughout Seabrook communities. To minimize disruption for our guests we have set strict guidelines for the hours in which construction employees may work. Those hours are 7:30 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday and 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Saturday and Sunday. Please call Seabrook Cottage Rentals if you have any questions.

The Big Chill is beautiful, relaxing and fun. The surroundings are breath-taking, the town is quaint and you have everything you need in the house - it's perfect and comfortable for my entire family. We would definitely come back here again!

We've been to Seabrook many times before, but The Big Chill was our best experience by far. The house is perfectly set up for multiple families and their kiddos--we each had our own master bedroom with a king bed and an en suite bathroom and all six kids loved staying together in the bunk room. The house was thoughtfully stocked with everything you could need for both children and children at heart and was clearly built with entertaining in mind. Plus, the house is located smack dab on Horseshoe Park with plenty of space for kiddos to run off their energy, fly kites, or play some corn hole. We had a great time and look forward to coming back to the Big Chill for years to come!

I really loved the house we rented. Especially the pantry which merit all our cooking stuff out of the way. The house had everything we needed and was so comfortable and beautiful.
