Seabrook has advanced to Phase 3 as of March 22, 2021.

Phase 3 applies to Seabrook as it allows up to 50% occupancy for all indoor spaces. This includes all of our merchant retail shops and restaurants. Please continue to wear masks in all businesses and socially distance, we appreciate your help in preventing the spread of COVID-19.

Seabrook Specifics

Our magical vacation town is where traditions and memories happen while honoring the statewide mask requirement for indoor public spaces, mask zones, and outside public spaces when social distancing is not possible.

Fifty percent occupancy

Shops are operating at 50% capacity, please wait outside if more than a few others are inside. 

Restaurateurs are operating outdoors at 50% and now inside at 50% as of March 22, 2021.

The playground, beach accesses, community fire pits, biking and walking trails, and other town amenities are all open and available for use.

Cleaning Protocols and Procedures


For extra guidance and expertise, Seabrook is partnering with Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP), a subsidiary of the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA). Vacation Rentals has adopted the expanded recommendations for cleaning vacation rental properties in light of the COVID-19 pandemic.

We are allowing 24 hours between departures and new arrivals so our Vacation Rentals Housekeeping staff has time to complete all standard cleaning and sanitizing procedures.

One of the many safety measures Seabrook has implemented to combat COVID-19 is the employee temperature check station. Following recommended guidelines, each Seabrook employee stops by the station before their shift to answer three questions and receive the no-contact temperature check before beginning their shift.

Two days before your arrival, you will receive an e-signature rental agreement. Fill out and sign this agreement, as once it is signed, a copy will be emailed to you.

On the day of your arrival around 3:45 PM, you will receive an email and text with the door code for your house. Please call the Rental Office at 360/276-0265 if you do not receive the email or text. This door code activates when your house is ready between the hours of 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM.

Currently, Seabrook is not offering early check-ins. This ensures the proper time for everyone’s safety and the additional cleaning and sanitizing processes. Ask a day in advance of your departure about a late checkout to accommodate your scheduled online commitments.
