Seabrook Phased Reopening Plan

Grays Harbor County is currently in Phase 3 of Gov. Inslee’s Safe Start Plan. Seabrook has decided to cautiously remain in Phase 2 because a large part of our guest's database continues to come from areas that have yet to transition to Phase 3. Our town retailers are respectfully wearing masks. We encourage you to do the same anytime you are unable to socially distance. Thanks so much. Enjoy your stay.

Reservation Status (what happens to existing reservations)

All existing reservations (and their durations) are being honored, including reservations in June, July, August, and beyond.

Seabrook Cottage Rentals requires 24 hours between departures and arrivals.

If any of your current reservations need to be moved or adjusted, then you will be contacted by our Vacation Planners. If you have any questions or concerns, then call (877) 779-9990.

Cleaning Protocols and Procedures

For extra guidance and expertise, Seabrook is partnering with the Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP), a subsidiary of the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA). Cottage Rentals has adopted the expanded recommendations for cleaning vacation rental properties in light of the COVID-19 pandemic.

We are allowing 24 hours between departures and new arrivals so our Cottage Rentals Housekeeping staff has time to complete all standard cleaning and sanitizing procedures.

Amenity Closures

See the current statuses for the following amenities during Seabrook’s Phase 2:

  • Biking and hiking trails are open, but temporarily one-way only to prevent crossings.
  • Beach access, trails, walkways, promenades, etc. are limited to homeowner/guest use only.
  • Public restrooms are open.
  • Gym and pool remain closed.
  • Playground remains closed.

Check-In Adjustments

Mobile Check Ins: Several days before your arrival, you will receive an e-signature rental agreement. Please fill out and sign this agreement, as once it is signed, a copy will be e-mailed to you. If the door code is not attached to your agreement, you will be receiving a separate email with the door code from Point Central on the day of your arrival. Please call the Rental Office at (360) 276-0265 before your arrival if you have not received the email or if the link has expired. Your door code will activate when your house is ready on the day of arrival, or the front desk will call you and notify you when your house will be ready.

Currently, Seabrook is not offering early check-ins or late check-outs. This ensures the proper time for everyone’s safety and the additional cleaning and sanitizing processes.

Upon Departure

Before leaving, please start the dishwasher and take all trash to the outside cans/neighborhood dumpster.

Phased Plan

As with the recovery plan for Washington State and the phased national plan, Seabrook’s phase-in recovery plan approach has no set timeline. It is a four-phase plan to normalcy that can easily be shorted or expanded based on the evolving recovery.
