Meet The Hospitality Team DURK JOHNSON Vice President of Hospitality | Durk’s role is to lead and guide the hospitality staff into providing outstanding guest service! With 20 plus years in hospitality and experience from snow-capped mountains to sunny beaches, working in hospitality is as much a hobby as it is employment. He also just completed his MBA in Hospitality from Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne in Lausanne, Switzerland. EMILY POPLIN Business Manager | Emily has been with Seabrook nearing 13 years and loves this place! Her passion for the vacation rental industry and the technology that surrounds it suits her position as Business Manager. You’ll also find her taking photos and creating virtual tours of new additions to the hospitality program. Her hope is to exceed expectations of guests and owners in every way! JAMES HARRISON Director Of Operations | James’ role is to ensure that the Housekeeping, Maintenance, Laundry and Repair & Renovations teams are exceeding guest and owner expectations. He also works closely with the Owner Relations Team to get homeowners any necessary information regarding their home. NADINE HUCK Guest Services Manager | Nadine enthusiastically ensures that guests and homeowners alike are welcomed to Seabrook and received with exceptional guest services. She works alongside the Guest Service agents and the Concierge to assist guests with their experiences and needs while staying in Seabrook. PATRICK O’BRIEN Owner Relations Manager | Patrick’s role is to help the owner take care of their home at Seabrook. That task includes facilitating any communication efforts between the owner and the various departments within Seabrook and also educating the homeowner on all aspects of Seabrook. MARK HUTCHASON Repair and Renovations Department Manager | Mark’s role is to oversee all of the Repair and Renovations requests that are received and then assigned to the department’s team. With more than 40 years of experience in the construction industry, Mark uses his vast knowledge to help keep Seabrook homes well-maintained and beautiful. ANGELA HOSENEY Revenue And Call Center Manager | Angela joins our team with a bachelor’s in organizational management and 20 plus years in sales and customer service. She has worked in a variety of roles including selling for Delta Airlines. Her family has been visiting and staying in Seabrook for over five years. “We absolutely love this town!” Angela’s role is to evaluate competing markets and manage rates for vacation rentals. She also provides mentoring and support to the call center agents. Her goal is to ensure guests are booking unforgettable stays in SEABROOK!
