An Evening With Noah Galuten

Join us on Sunday, July 19 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM for a laid-back summer evening as Seabrook welcomes chef and cookbook author Noah Galuten for a one-of-a-kind coastal gathering!

Set on the Town Hall front lawn, this event brings together everything we love about a Pacific Northwest summer, with a fresh, unexpected twist. The evening begins with a cocktail-style reception featuring dishes inspired straight from Noah’s kitchen. Expect live acoustic guitar and food designed to be enjoyed standing up, drink in hand, in the middle of a great conversation.

As the evening unfolds, guests will settle in for an intimate, moderated conversation with Noah. He’ll share his approach to cooking with fire, feeding people in a way that feels real, and the stories behind the food, followed by a guest Q&A and book signing.
