An Evening With Noah Galuten

Join us on Sunday, July 19 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM for a laid-back summer evening as Seabrook welcomes chef and cookbook author Noah Galuten for a one-of-a-kind coastal gathering!

Set on the Town Hall front lawn, this event brings together everything we love about a Pacific Northwest summer. Think burgers on the grill, cold beer in hand, and the kind of easy, outdoor atmosphere that invites you to linger a little longer. Designed like an elevated backyard BBQ, the evening is all about good food, good company, and the simple joy of being together by the coast.

More details and tickets coming soon. Check back to join us for the evening.

About Noah Galuten

Chef, writer, and James Beard Award–winning cookbook author Noah Galuten brings a fresh, approachable perspective to cooking at home. He is the author of The Don’t Panic Pantry Cookbook and co-author of On Vegetables: Modern Recipes for the Home Kitchen with Jeremy Fox, as well as Bludso’s BBQ Cookbook: A Family Affair in Smoke and Soul with Kevin Bludso, among others.

Based in Los Angeles, Noah cooks with real life in mind. As a parent of two young children, he understands the need for meals that are flavorful, flexible, and easy to pull together. His go-to solution is the grill. With its ability to handle everything from quick dinners to make-ahead favorites, the grill becomes a space for creativity, customization, and bold, satisfying flavors.

In his work, Noah leans into bright ingredients, comfort-driven cooking, and dishes that work for a wide range of diets, with options for meat eaters, vegetarians, and vegans alike.
