Step into the new year with intention—the Beach Retreat Wellness Series is back for January 2026, and it’s shaping up to be our most inspiring season yet. All month long, Seabrook’s oceanfront setting becomes the backdrop for fresh starts, mindful movement, and deeply restorative experiences.

This year, we’re embracing the biggest wellness trends of 2026: slow-living rhythms, grounding breathwork, feel-good fitness, and community-driven connection. Each Saturday features curated yoga and sound baths with standout instructors ready to guide you toward clarity, balance, and a renewed sense of energy.

Guests of Seabrook Hospitality enjoy complimentary class passes, while the public is invited to join by purchasing a pass.
