The upstairs deck and bedrooms provide glimpses of the Pacific Ocean, and a short one-minute walk through Woodland Promenade to West Hill Park awaits sweeping views of the ocean and Town Center. Y Knott’s convenient connectivity to Town Center makes a pastry from the bakery, an evening at the wine bar, a dinner out, or a trip to the grocery store just a short one-minute walk away.

The covered, wraparound front porch flows seamlessly into the open-concept kitchen, living and dining rooms, great for soaking in panoramic views of Meriweather Square and Woodland Promenade, relaxing on the living room sofas, sparking some friendly competition with a board game at the dining table, or keeping the chef company in the kitchen.

Upstairs, the expansive primary bedroom boasts a private covered deck with ocean views and a luxurious ensuite bathroom with heated tile floors and a walk-in shower. Each of the main house’s five bedrooms feature Smart TVs and ensuite bathrooms with heated tile floors. An additional king bedroom and a bunk bedroom are located on the second floor, and the third floor completes the home with two additional king bedrooms and ocean views. Three Queen sleeper sofas throughout the home provide extra sleeping space.

The neighboring two bedroom guest house offers a quiet retreat from the action in the main house, with an additional king bedroom and bunk room. Outdoor amenities include a fully-fenced yard for the dogs and kiddos to play in, a spacious hot tub, an EV outlet for recharging after your drive to the beach, and over 500 square feet of covered outdoor living space with a porch swing, rocking chairs, and outdoor dining.

    I love Seabrook. We stayed at the Y-Knit house, which was perfect for a large family gathering. Each bedroom in the main house had its own bathroom.... and there were 2 dishwashers! it was so close to the center of town, too. The only recommendation would be to get TV's in the carriage house which we could stream from Netflix or something. they only had DVD compatible TVs in the carriage house.

    Full disclosure I’m letting AI write this review but I read over it and agree with all of it. We stayed at the Y-Knott in Seabrook and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The place was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the setting was peaceful and relaxing. Communication was easy, check-in was smooth, and every detail felt well thought out. Absolutely no complaints — we’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

    Y-Knott is well-appointed, spacious, and conveniently located. Our group of 10 adults enjoyed quiet bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a large gathering space, making for the great socializing we wanted.House was spotless and brightly lighted with comfortable beds and furniture. Kitchen was nicely outfitted with cooking implements and appliances.

    Beautiful House, clean and great location for our family of 15 people, fit the whole family and especially nice to have ensuite bathrooms in every room. Our only remark is that the house was not ready at the 4pm promised check in time, I did not receive a text with a code by 4pm so we all came to the house around 4:15pm and cleaning was still being done. Cleaning crew was done around 4:35pm and I did not receive a text with the check in code until 5:02pm. The house is well stocked, which was nice, but we couldn't find utensils for the BBQ in the kitchen and with 15 people staying in the house 2 rolls of paper towels was not enough. Other than the check in process, loved Seabrook and would stay at this house again!

    We stayed at YKnott with family, 14 in total. The house has a great location, was furnished well throughout including the kitchen. Our biggest problem from booking to check out was Seabrook's customer support. If you have a question or problem don't count on them. A simple call to CS was never answered, it always ended with having to leave a voicemail, that was never returned. Even when the hot water tank did not seem to be working and everyone had to take cold showers, they couldn't be bothered to call us back.

    Amazing location, cute and spacious house for 4 families, lovely town and the sand on the beach was perfection! The only negatives were there were some missing linens and blankets for the futon couches on the main level. Also, the carpet in the house is quite stained and the kitchen island stools are quite gross and stained. They definitely need to be replaced.

    This is the best house within Seabrook for a large group. We have a total of 11 adults and 4 children and we were comfortable within the house. In addition to that, the house is beautiful. The house locates in the middle of the town and it's super walkable to everything, especially to the beach! We loved our stay and would definitely come back in the future!
