Hop on the elevator and take a short ride to the top floor, where you’ll find the open-concept kitchen, living, and dining rooms. The beautifully furnished space boasts tons of comfortable seating, natural light, and stunning views of the ocean and windblown Spruce trees outside. The large covered deck just off the living room is the perfect place to enjoy a good beverage, a breathtaking sunset, or good company as you listen to the roar of the ocean just steps away. 

Back inside, sink into the sectional and stream your favorite movies and shows while the chef prepares dinner in the luxurious kitchen. Equipped with a six-burner gas range, griddle, dual oven, and stocked with tools and gadgets for crafting all kinds of meals, the kitchen is a dream for those in your group who love to cook. The adjacent dining table is located beneath a stunning, custom glass light fixture and is ready for everything from a big holiday meal to a family game night.

The Wish You Were Here theater system features a Samsung 55" class Ultra premium Neo QLED 4K QN85B Series Mini LED Quantum HDR 24x with Dolby Atmos, Object Tracking Sound, Motion Xcelerator Turbo+ Smart TV

A Samsung Q Series HW-Q800C 360W 5.1.2-Channel Dolby Atmos Soundbar, providing a stunning picture even with bright room lights and an incredible 3D sound field from the 5.1.2-Channel Atmos audio system.  

The TV can also be moved out from the wall and swung around for better viewing from the kitchen or from the deck.

The two master bedrooms have Samsung 55" and 43" 4K Crystal UHD HDR Smart LED TVs.

Guests can use screen mirroring (Miracast, AirPlay, etc) to watch content they stream on their phone/laptop or use the built in Samsung TV app on the TVs.

Get back on the elevator or head down the stairs to the second floor, where you’ll find three bedrooms and an additional covered deck for soaking in the salty ocean breeze.     Great location, next to the beach trail at elk creek. Less than 5 min walk to the beach or town. Partial ocean view from the third floor balcony. Would stay here again.

    The “gorgeous ocean views” is completely misleading. The only ocean view is a slight sliver from the third floor balcony through trees and a row of houses. The photos don’t show the huge new home built across the street. House does not have ocean views. This was very disappointing. Positives: Home was very new, everything worked, the bathrooms had heated flooring and each room had an a/c heating combo unit. Stove and oven worked well Good location. 10 min walk from beach with easy access and easy to walk to the town center. Negatives: No ocean views. I don’t count a small sliver an ocean view. Poor response time from the host. Forget about getting any assistance after 6pm. We asked for some items that are offered in the Seabrook handbook and we received no reply to our messages and phone calls and voicemails. When we asked for laundry detergent at 9am we were told we had to walk to collect. House wasn’t ready until 430pm yet demanded strict 10am check out.

    A beautiful house in close proximity to the beach and with amazing views. The beds and furniture were all very comfortable and in very good shape. The record player is a fun touch with an awesome collection of records to listen to. The elevator wasn't working when we were there which was fine for us, but the stairs are pretty steep and could be an issue getting up and down for some.
