Located in the heart of Seabrook's Town Center is "Whale Hello There"- the perfect place to get away from it all. This charming cottage is situated behind Seabrook's Town Hall - an iconic landmark - and just steps away from shops, restaurants, trails and the beautiful beach! It is also located around the corner from the indoor pool. The cottage is backed to a preserved green space with a beautiful hiking trail and a children's play area on the side of the house. Come stay, play, relax and see for yourself what makes this community so special.

The space

Enter through an adorable mudroom which leads to the kitchen area equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal, a breakfast nook and bright living room. Stairs down to the lower level leads to a cozy media room, separate bedroom and full bathroom. The media room has DVDs, games and puzzles for a comfortable and fun evening in. Stairs to the top level lead to two bedrooms and a full bathroom. Please note that Whale Hello There is strictly pet-free due to homeowner allergies.

Room Configurations: Comfortably sleeps up to 6

Main Level: Mud room, kitchen (with fridge, stove, microwave, Keurig machine, other cookware, cups, glasses, plates, bowls and utensils), breakfast nook, living room (with TV and DVD player), and powder bathroom

Lower Level: Media/sitting room with a couch, TV and DVD Player, separate bedroom with queen sized bed (access to bedroom closet). This level also features a full bathroom . Note: There is no access to the under stairs storage closet on this level.

Top Floor: A bedroom with queen sized bed (no access to this bedroom closet but there is an armoire for clothes storage), and a second bedroom with XL twin bunk beds. Bunk room also has a TV, DVD player, and books and toys for little ones. This level also features a washer and dryer and full sized bathroom.

Parking:

There is a designated parking spot labeled with the # 62 and a blue whale on the Madison Lane loop by the cottage and free street parking around the community.

Electrical Vehicle Charging Station:

There are charging stations located in the town center parking lot behind the town markets on Park View Lane.

TV/DVDs/Books & Board Games:

House comes equipped with three televisions, one in the main room, one on the bottom floor, and one in the bunkbed room. The TVs have Amazon Fire Sticks attached to each of them. You will need your own Amazon account and password to access the firesticks and to enjoy your own streaming. There are also plenty of DVDs, books and board games for guests of all ages to enjoy.

Coffee/Machine:

We have a single serve Keurig machine. Don’t forget to bring K-pods of your preferred brand/blend!

    Great place to stay! We had easy access to the ocean, town, pool, and playing fields. House itself was cute and enough space to relax with the kids. Property also had easy bike rentals for use around town and on the outer bmx trails! Only thing I wish Seabrook would have available for checkout from the Dugout are beach toys and chairs. Great stay, would recommend!

    Our family enjoyed our time in this beautiful home! The location was perfect - close to town and all the amenities - and tucked away in a quiet corner by the woods. The home was fully stocked with everything we needed. The back porch was especially nice and peaceful.

    Whale Hello There

    We’ve been visiting for years and this home was by far our favorite! The bunkroom had a great selection of kid toys and the media room in the basement was a huge bonus for our 6 and 9 year old. Location was also wonderful - within walking distance to the pool and the town. Best feature though? Probably the back porch overlooking the woods! We are already planning our next stay in this beautiful home.

    A great place to stay w/ extended family. My FIL got the downstairs bedroom & bathroom all to himself, while my husband & I slept upstairs & shared a bathroom w/ our grown boys who slept in the bunkbeds. It's very cozy & well laid out. Loved the booth & the fact that the kitchen peninsula/island had four stools. There's outdoor space too, a balcony & a patio w/ picnic table. This would be a great place to stay w/ kids. The toilets have kiddie seats, there's a natural playground right outside the door & a trail that leads to the beach. Seabrook, in general, is a kid-friendly town w/ the bookstore reading nooks, toy store, ice cream/candy shop, & old-growth cedar stump playhouse.

    This tri-level home was absolutely perfect for our trip. Adult family stayed downstairs and we stayed upstairs with our infant son in one room. Lots of toys and books available for him which was a lovely surprise. Perfect location in town as well, so close to shops, restaurants and the pool. And truly lovely having the forrest as our backyard view. Would recommend to anyone.
