Terra Mar is located right in the heart of downtown Seabrook. A close walk to any of our merchants as well as to the beach! Terra Mar is charmingly decorated with beautiful artwork and décor with hardwood floors downstairs and plush carpet upstairs. The handpicked pieces of artwork create a warm and relaxing beach atmosphere for your family.

Terra Mar features a cozy living room downstairs with a comfy queen sleeper sofa and two chairs where you can watch TV or relax by the fire. A selection of books, games and movies are provided for your enjoyment during your stay. Play a game or eat a meal with your family at the dining room table that seats 6. There is a half-bath located on the main level.

The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops and is stocked to cook your favorite meals. There is an island in the kitchen for extra counter space as well as additional seating at the bar.

Located right outside of the home is a community fire pit where you can enjoy stories and s’mores with your family and neighbors.

There are two bedrooms upstairs, each with a queen size bed, elegant wood furniture and plenty of closet space to fit your needs. Both bedrooms are spacious and have flat screen TV’s. The south facing bedroom has a private balcony that overlooks the courtyard. The upstairs bathroom has dual sinks and secluded glass shower.

Terra Mar is also stocked with items for your family dog including a dog bed and blanket, water and food bowl.

    We really enjoyed our stay at Terra Mar. It is a beautiful place to stay and close to the market and the restaurants. The parking was also handy. We would stay in this home again!

    Terra Mar is right in the middle of downtown between the bake shop and Kiki’s. Comfortable space for 2 couples. Very well stocked kitchen. Beds were comfy. Dog-friendly townhome with a little cut-out space with dog bowls. Very close to beach entrances and fairly close to the indoor pool.

    Great location and the place was nice - extremely convenient for walking to nearby restaurants and grocery store. Unfortunately, there was a strong unpleasant smell - a mix of cigarette, dog, and harsh cleaning solution. We had to keep airing out the place which wasn’t ideal because it was cold outside!

    Wonderful stay at Terra Mar. The house is located in a prime location in Seabrook near restaurants and shops. For the winter rates, this house is a great value. Wouldn’t hesitate to reserve Terra Mar again.

    Seabrook is a planned community, so most of their buildings are new. The whole place is staged and decorated in a way that's both very charming, and a little eerie. It's like stepford beach town, or beach town USA at Disneyland. I find this really interesting, and really enjoyed my stay. It's very walkable, and had what we needed. Because it's a town filled with mostly vacation rentals, they have something of a hotel lobby to check in for the weekend connected to the real estate office, which was easy to find. Only thing I'd suggest doing diffrent is including the free town wifi password with guest info so folks can use it to double check their itineraries once they arrive, since the cell signal is kind of bad out there. But this was really a five star stay.

    The house and its location were perfect. The checking in process however…was not. We were 1 hour away from our VRBO when we received a call from Seabrook properties telling us we hadn’t paid.?? We gave all our info to VRBO and assumed everything was taken care of. After at least 3 or 4 phone calls back and forth…the Seabrook folks told us to go ahead and come and that they would sort it out after the weekend. They when that didn’t happen, my husband went in to the office and paid the bill in full. Later - the VRBO folks told me that they are only responsible for the deposit and that it was up to Seabrook to collect the rest. I asked them if they had passed on our credit card information and they said they had. They also said Seabrook tried to charge that same credit card But something went wrong. Long story longer…they waited an hour before we were supposed to arrive to call and say we had not paid?? To this day….I am still not certain what happened. The house had been held….but was not clean when we got there. After all of this the Seabrook folks were very nice….but did not offer any explanation or remuneration for all of this. I can’t say I was impressed

    Fantastic property. The door locks were extremely difficult to lock and unlock due to the lock mechanism. Highly recommend instructions on the technique to lock and unlock are needed on the instructions.

    We stayed 2 nights at Terra Mar and had a great time! Terra Mar is nicely decorated, clean and very comfortable. It had all the necessities plus multiple options for family entertainment. It is located by shops and restaurants and the beach is just a short walk across the street. Seabrook has a great, friendly atmosphere and we would definitely stay again in the future.

    Seabrook is an amazing community. Our unit was very convenient and comfortable. Was advertised as a two bedroom two bath unit but was actually only one and a half bath. We had several issues with the appliances that were not working properly however the maintenance staff at Seabrook took care of it promptly.

    Nice place in a great location. Steps away from the yummy bakery. Actually, steps away from just about everything. Minor annoyance with the hide-a-bed that did not want to come out, but other than that, super nice place.

    Family of 4 with two kids under the age of 4 loved terra mar. First trip to Seabrook and we will definitely be back. Loved how walkable the town was and terra mar out us right in the center of it all. No downsides to this property. Great layout, nice kitchen and bathrooms. Wasn't too big inside but that didn't matter as Seabrook is full of community spaces, we spent most our time out walking, swimming, playing, etc.

    Great location and closest to everything in the little downtown. However if you have more than 4 people, the pull out is in very bad shape and cannot be used.
