A Swell Cottage is a family friendly home located right on North Alder Park. Grab a ball or Frisbee, play tag with the kids, roast marshmallows or throw down a blanket for a picnic right outside your door.

Whether you are cooking up a great meal in the fully equipped kitchen or playing a game at the dining table, your family will enjoy the open floor plan living at A Swell Cottage.

Grab the beach chairs, towels and toys provided before heading down the Gnome Trail to the beach. When you get back to Swell Cottage after a long day at the beach, kick your feet up and watch your favorite movie while relaxing in the comfortable sofa. Don’t forget to start a fire in the wood stove.

Ready for bed after a big day at Seabrook? Melt away in the queen bedroom and send the kids to the twin bunks. The bunk room also features an Atari for hours of family fun.

    Seabrook was absolutely beautiful. The entire town is so walkable and charming—it honestly felt like stepping onto a movie set. Our house itself was cute, comfortable, and had most of the necessities we needed for our stay. It was also conveniently located close to both the pool and the general store, which made everything really easy. We had such a lovely time!

    A Swell Cottage was more than swell; it was an idyllic Seabrook stay! It feels homey, it is close to town and the indoor pool which is exactly what I wanted for a cozy, fall getaway with kiddos! The cottage had all that we needed and I adored the vintage, mint green details in the kitchen including a kookoo clock that my kids ran to look at on the hour! :) My kids are already asking when we can go back and stay here again!

    Seabrook is beautiful. What a wonderfully curated town, like out of a magazine. We found a wonderful little coffee shop that had amazing pastries and bread. Great little grocery store. Not a huge selection but you won’t go hungry and the prices aren’t that bad. The pizza restaurant is the only restaurant we tried and we weren’t that impressed. It was fairly pedestrian and the prices were ridiculous. Very disappointed. I was a little disappointed in our place as it was showing some wear and tear. Housekeeping did a mediocre job dusting as you could see all the spots they missed. But for the most part it was clean and tidy and comfortable. We had a wonderful time. My recommendation would be to do some touch up painting inside and out and clean up the remnants of the nests on the front porch. The fancy toilet with the heated seat was next level. Loved that! haha Anyway, we would come to Seabrook again but we may try another house. Lots of things to do!

    This was our second stay at Seabrook this year and first at A Swell Place. We came with our 2.5 year old in tow. Location couldn’t have been more perfect—short walk to downtown, indoor pool was right around the corner, and the house has a huge shared front yard. House was well stocked, and rooms and beds very comfortable. Note the shades are not black out in case you are traveling with little ones. Only dislike was the late check in time—5 pm is pretty late for a family with kids—would have loved to check in earlier. Note the wifi password should be all lowercase—this was a little confusing at first, because it’s listed incorrectly on Airbnb. Otherwise loved this place and would definitely come back!

    Perfect place to stay for a weekend clamming trip. Cute, clean, and perfect for a group of 4! The kitchen was well equipped with pots and pans for cooking, and we enjoyed the record player and wood stove. The cottage is nestled in the Seabrook community – which has everything you need (bakery, stores, restaurants), etc. We’ll definitely be back!

    It was a last minute booking and it turned out great. The house was in a great location and had everything that you need for the stay. The only thing that was a bit inconvenient was the sleeper in the living room that had to be put away every morning so there is room for all to gather. The kitchen is stocked very well. Cute decor.
