The house itself was nice, spacious, and well-located. It was very nice having a bathroom on every floor and the layout worked well for our family. Beds were comfortable and we would have given the place a high review, except for the horrible noise at night that prevented us from sleeping. At night, there was a very loud, persistent howling/humming/vibrating that kept us up all night. I don’t know if it was the wind going through the gutters/chimney or what, but it was the worst on the top story, but still audible from the bottom story as well. We’re guessing it’s only a problem with significant wind. Unfortunately, that was the case during our stay, so we didn’t sleep much.

Manager Response: Thank you for your thoughtful review. We’re so glad you enjoyed the layout, spaciousness, and comfortable beds, and that the home worked well for your family. We’re very sorry the nighttime noise impacted your sleep. That certainly isn’t the experience we want for our guests. We truly value your feedback and hope we’ll have the opportunity to host you again for a much more restful stay next time.

Check-in was at 4pm and when we arrived to check into the house (which was required) we were told we needed to wait until a supervisor checked the house. I let the front desk lady know we had driven 5 plus house, have food, and kids in car and she didn’t really care. She said she had no way to contact them and that we needed to wait in the car until we see the person check the house. Upon arriving and waiting for 20 plus minutes (causing some food to spoil) we went inside. 1 star for the property management company. Unlikely rebooking this locking due to poor property customer service during the entire stay. Overall the house was nice. Great downstairs kid area with bunk beds and gaming system. Middle floor had plenty of space with a front and back area to sit and enjoy the views. You can notice the house has been used by seeing the dings on the wall/chipped paint, the entertainment center doors being broke, broken outside chairs (2 around fire pit), the door hinges being broken.

Manager Response: Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent stay with us. I apologize for the inconvenience you experienced during check-in and for any issues that affected your enjoyment of the property. Your comments are invaluable to us and will help us make necessary improvements. I'm glad to hear that you enjoyed certain aspects of the house and hope we can serve you better in the future.
