This warm inviting home is the perfect place to spend your long awaited vacation. The main floor of this cozy home has beautiful stainless steel appliances, hard wood floors and a 3/4 bathroom for your convenience. In the living room, after a long day at the beach, your family will love watching movies on the flat screen or cuddling up in front of the gas fireplace. Upstairs you will find both bedrooms and a full bathroom in the hall. The first bedroom is right out of any kids dream. This ultimate sleepover room includes two built in bunk beds, flat screen TV and Xbox. All of the twin beds are extra-long making this room great for older kids and adults that want to have a slumber party too! Don’t worry, we haven’t forgotten about pampering our adults. Playing all day will undoubtedly tire you out. Your memory foam queen bed will soon have you drifting off to sleep. Stacked washer and dryer are located conveniently in the hall way. Feel free to just lounge around outside if the mood strikes you. We have added two Adirondack chairs as well as a picnic table for your enjoyment. The fenced area is a great spot to let the kids (and pets) run free while you fire up the barbeque. Seabrook is burgeoning with growth of new homes and amenities. This property is not near active construction; however, construction may be seen and heard throughout Seabrook communities. To minimize disruption for our guests we have set strict guidelines for the hours in which construction employees may work.
