Welcome to RoShamBo – a dog- and kid-friendly home with everything you need to relax and enjoy all that Seabrook has to offer. Situated near the bluff entrance in the heart of Seabrook, we offer a wall full of west-facing windows to enjoy expansive ocean and sunset views. We have the best of all worlds here at RoShamBo – gorgeous ocean views, just a short walk to the beach, and the convenience of being on the town side near all the amenities. You can even take in a summer concert in Sunset Amphitheater right from the porch.

RoShamBo is the perfect place for family and friends to gather for an unforgettable beach vacation. With five bedrooms and four bathrooms, it accommodates up to 16 guests. The main floor is open and spacious with high ceilings. It offers comfortable couches, a 55” 4K Smart TV with Roku and HD cable, a large kitchen with seating, and a cozy dining area. To ensure access for the entire family, we’ve equipped the downstairs area with several accessibility features, including a roll-in shower, a ramped entrance, and wider doorways. The downstairs queen bed height is also convenient for those in a wheelchair. Please note that the Accessible bathroom does not have grab bars near the toilet or the shower.

On the second floor, you’ll find three more bedrooms and a media room. The primary suite features a king bed, a walk-in closet, a dual-head shower, and an amazing ocean view. The other king bedroom features a connected full bathroom and large west-facing windows, perfect for morning beach gazing. Rounding out the bedrooms on the second floor is a queen bedroom. The media room on this floor boasts a 65” 4K Smart TV with Roku, HD cable, Xbox One with three controllers, DVD player, DVDs, books, board games, and a sofa bed.

The third floor is for the young and young at heart. It has four sets of bunks that sleep eight. There is a massive playroom to provide the kiddos a private place to build, play, or just relax. The third floor has a full bath with a large trough sink and multiple faucets. This floor also has an elevated view of the beach and amphitheater. The kids will love watching the flags waving in the wind at night!

We are a dog-friendly home (maximum two) with a fenced yard, dog beds, water bowls, and dog towels to welcome your furry kids. We also have two gates that can be used to corral furry and human kids alike.

Uninterrupted Comfort: RoShamBo features an automatic whole-house power backup generator, guaranteeing your lights, heat, and Wi-Fi stay on, no matter the weather. Perfect peace of mind during winter storms or spring showers at the beach.
