Welcome to Park Place - the perfect place to relax and unwind while staying close to the action. This charming one bedroom, one bathroom carriage house is situated in Seabrook’s South of Market neighborhood across from Kucera Park and just steps away from shops, restaurants, trails and the beautiful beach! Come see for yourself what makes our beach town so special. 

The cozy living room is equipped with a Smart TV and Amazon Fire Stick. You will need your own Amazon account and password to access the Fire Stick and enjoy your own streaming, or log onto one of the Smart TV’s streaming platforms with your own account information. Need a little extra sleeping space? The living room couch unfolds into a queen sized sofa sleeper.

In the kitchen, start your morning making coffee in the Keurig and breakfast in the mini waffle maker before you head out on the day’s adventures. Don’t forget to pack your favorite K-cups for the Keurig!

Down the front steps awaits a private fenced courtyard, perfect for soaking in the ocean breeze with a glass of wine on a warm evening.

Need to charge your electric vehicle? Seabrook’s community EV chargers are conveniently located in the parking lot directly behind Park Place.

Park Place is strictly a pet-free home due to homeowner allergies. Please note that Park Place shares a lot with a main house that is privately occupied and not included with your vacation rental. Park Place’s fully-fenced private courtyard has a private entry for Park Place guests, but the fence also shares a back gate with the main house courtyard. Please do not go beyond the back gate into the main house courtyard. Thank you!

    Great place for a weekend stay! The location is super convenient—close to restaurants and stores, with everything within walking distance. However, the space is much smaller than it appears in the photos. While it’s advertised to accommodate four people, it’s really only comfortable for two adults. Parking was easy and readily available. On our last night, there was unexpected noise after 10 p.m. from the garage opening, which was quite loud and caught us off guard. It would’ve been nice to be informed that others would be arriving late. Also, there weren’t enough pillows provided for the sofa bed.

    Park Place Carriage House

    This was our first visit to Seabrook, and we had a wonderful time. The town is incredibly walkable, with plenty to do, and it felt very welcoming, especially for young families like ours. However, we did run into a couple of issues during our stay. Despite notifying the team that we would be arriving after office hours, we were not provided with the door code, which led to a delay in checking in. It took some time to reach the security/maintenance line, but once we did, they were able to help us get into the property late that night. While the size of the space matched the listing, we were surprised to find that there was no bedding for the second bed (a pullout), which was frustrating. My daughter had to sleep without bedding on the first night. Otherwise, our stay was memorable, and we loved the charm of Seabrook.

    Park Place Carriage House

    Carriage House was clean. We took off 1 star as a towel in the bathroom had been used. Our stay was OK and the place was as described although we didn’t realize it was in the middle of a construction zone so our very loud mornings started at 7am. This may not be a big deal for some people but it wasn’t our idea of restful relaxation and it took the value of our experience way down. Note that this unit only has no stove or oven and looks smaller than the pictures we felt. 2 people max. We needed the second Queen bed on the pullout sofa, however, there were no extra linens or blankets. These were delivered the next day but still no pillows. We asked a total of 3 times - paying for 2 beds and having 1 for 1/2 of our trip was impactful and not comfortable, but the attitude just felt like to them it was not a big deal. Instructions include taking out your garbage and running the dishwasher- seems this should be included in the cleaning fee. Overall, not great value or guest centric.

    Overall this was a great place, location was perfect to get to all areas. Cute place. Only feedback was no ice trays so we left a bag of ice for the next guest and more pillows for tge pullout bed. We didnt find extras. Also it would be great to have blackout curtains because light on door doesnt turn off so its bright all night where pullout bed is. Otherwise was a grrat spot and fun family getaway. Also complimentary kerigs for coffee machine would've been nice!

    Perfect weekend getaway in Seabrook! This space was pristine and clean when we got there and the host was gracious with allowing us an early check-in. There wasn’t any body wash or shampoo when we arrived, but we were able to get some with just a short walk over to the Seabrook Visitor Center. Keep in mind this is a cozy space meant for a small group- no more than 3 people max. It was perfect for just my wife and I and quick walking access to restaurants and shops in Seabrook. Would definitely stay again!
