Welcome to Our Otter Home. A family owned cottage, where you can relax, rejuvenate and make memories with your family and friends!

This bright and comfortable cottage is located in the Madison Lane neighborhood just steps from the Town Hall, shopping, indoor pool, hot tub, spa, and trails to the beach.

From the moment you pull up to Our Otter Home at Seabrook you will feel the calm and serenity that only the Pacific Beach can offer. The sounds of the ocean and the beautiful lush green trees create a tranquility that only gets better as you enter the first floor living area with the comfy Pottery Barn chair and the chenille sectional that will be a spot to nap, read or watch a movie on the large screen TV. The family room also has a DVD player with a variety of books and movies to choose from.

The kitchen has everything you would need to make dinner with your family, whip up waffles, bake cookies or entertain friends with cocktails and appetizers. The downstairs living area has a primary bedroom with a pillow top queen bed; plush robes, extra pillows, pool toys and lots of room for relaxing. The downstairs bunkroom has four extra-long twin beds each with their own built in private light. The wide screen TV in the bunkrooms allows for each individual bunk to see the movie. A DVD player with a variety of movies, board games, puzzles and books are all included for the kids to enjoy!

The upstairs powder room is cozy and quaint. The full bath downstairs has a shower, tub and lots of towels.
