There’s a covered parking space with EV charger reserved for the Night Owl behind the secure-access building, and the loft may be reached by elevator without steps or stairs. Here in the heart of Washington’s beach town, walkable blocks, nearby amenities, and pedestrian-friendly public spaces make it possible to park the car and forget about it. All of Seabrook’s restaurants are a few steps away, and the market across the street makes stocking the kitchen easy.

Ocean Outlook.

You’re never far from views of the endless ocean. Step out onto the Night Owl’s covered balcony with bar height seating to enjoy morning coffee or dine al fresco while watching the breakers roll in. Head to the rooftop terrace for sweeping bird’s-eye views of the ocean and town. Take the nearby Pacific Glen staircase for the best sunset views Washington has to offer.

Calming Living Space.

When it’s time to retreat indoors, the Night Owl’s living room with southern exposure is an inviting, comfortable space no matter the weather. There’s a fireplace to cozy up to on chilly evenings and an assortment of books, board games, and puzzles to explore.

The Night Owl’s spacious kitchen is equipped beyond the basics for guests who love to cook. There’s an assortment of extra tools and quality small appliances including a stand mixer and mini food processor. The kitchen is purposefully uncluttered, leaving plenty of space for prepping and serving meals. The dining table seats six and there’s additional seating at the kitchen island for family and friends.

Coffee for Connoisseurs.

Be your own barista with six brewing options: automatic drip, Nespresso, Keurig, French press, pour-over, and cold brew. There’s even an Aeroccino frother for making your own specialty coffee drinks. Just bring your favorite capsules, pods, whole beans, or ground coffee.

The living room and bedrooms are equipped with 4K Ultra HD Smart TVs, each with its own Xbox One S console for gaming or playing DVD/Blu-ray disks. Unlimited Gigabit internet ensures seamless streaming.

The primary and secondary bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms are luxuriously furnished and prioritize sleeping comfort with King plush hybrid mattresses. In either room, you’ll find plenty of closet or drawer space for longer stays.
