Welcome to Little Dipper, a one bedroom, one bath carriage house at Seabrook, Washington. Perfectly located in the South of Market neighborhood of Seabrook, Little Dipper is close to the best of everything Seabrook has to offer…the beach, the town center, the pool, parks, trails, restaurants, etc.

Little Dipper is a private, upstairs one bedroom, one bath carriage house with a full kitchen perfect for a couple or a small/close family/friends of 4 utilizing the sofa bed.

The private bedroom comes with a queen drawer bed, with a comfy premium mattress, side table with charging station, a cozy chair in a reading nook, and a flat screen TV. The private bathroom has tile floors and a tiled tub/shower combination.

The living room of our carriage house has everything you need to enjoy your stay at Seabrook. A comfy, sofa/chaise complete with a premium, queen sized gel foam mattress sofa bed for those needing extra sleeping space. A small dinette table with seating for up to 4 to enjoy your home cooked meal, and a swivel chair for you to enjoy views out the windows to Seabrook’s Town Center, read a book, play games, or enjoy watching TV on the large, swiveling flat screen TV with blueray/DVD player, cable and wifi. There are even some books, games, and DVDs for all ages to enjoy in case you forgot your own.

The Little Dipper’s galley kitchen includes quartz countertops, custom cabinets, a deep sink, a full size electric range/oven, microwave, and refrigerator with ice-maker. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare and enjoy a home cooked meal at the beach, just bring your food and away you go. We even have a picnic basket and picnic blanket you are free to use for a true beach picnic.

Little Dipper is located within steps to Seabrook’s Town Center and Town Green Park, one of Seabrook’s largest. Town Green Park is a beach overlook park with large grassy area, pickle ball court, children’s play area, and a community fire pit. Outside your door, in about a 1-2 minute walk lands you at Seabrook’s Town Center with award winning restaurants, bakery/coffee shop, candy/ice cream shop, grocery market, fitness center, and multiple retail stores for you to explore. Beach paths are a mere 1 minute walk away and you can be toes-in-the-sand in less than 5 minutes. Feeling more adventurous, Seabrook’s indoor pool and hot tub are about a 4 minute walk, and bike paths and hiking trails are all minutes away by foot or pedal.

    The Little Dipper was the perfect AirBNB for the two of us. It is Very close to town, restaurants, the beach and walking/running/biking trails. Seabrook is a great little town. We will definately come back.

    Seabrook as a destination was fantastic. The community is so enjoyable, we loved our time there. Little Dipper is very convenient. My girls loved the books and games for kids. The access to pools, a gym, and all the other amenities is definitely a plus. It was uncomfortably warm in the house when we arrived, and there’s very little you can do about it. We left a window open nearly the entire stay (slightly uncomfortable since there was no screen and our little one is a climber) and still it was stuffy most of the time. The pull-out couch was not very comfortable. The internet is inconsistent, which means any tv streaming services were also inconsistent. We will definitely return to Seabrook but would pick a different property to stay at.

    This was a great place to stay for a few days. It's definitely small and we missed having access to a hot tub or any outdoor space. That said, the bed is comfortable, and the kitchen is well stocked. We enjoyed playing cards at the table. Plenty of room for the two of us. Also, if you are looking for a place close to the market and restaurants this location is excellent.

    Very centrally located, but very small, mother in law in Seabrook. The host accurately described the situation—this would be a good spot for a couple to stay, but any more would be very cramped. We brought our toddler with us and it was very tight—from trying to get in the door to navigating the very small kitchenette upstairs (note no dishwasher). The windows face the parking lot and unfortunately there is no outdoor space to sit. Unfortunately the blinds weren’t black out shades either, so we struggled with a very bright west facing window that made it hard for our little one to sleep even at 9 pm. Next time we’ll plan ahead and find a bigger place in this price point—this was a bit steep for what it was (akin to a NYC flat) unfortunately. Parking was also a bit odd, as the garage wasn’t available for parking and the owners parked in front of the unit, meaning we had to schlep our kid and stuff to the parking lot. Seabrook’s communication and common facilities were great though!
