Welcome to Let’s Run Away cottage in the new South of Market neighborhood – perhaps the best location in all of Seabrook right next to the town center and a short stroll to the beach and indoor pool. This new light and bright cottage is in the heart of town and just steps from restaurants, shops, gym, Town Hall and Town Green park overlooking the Pacific Ocean.

A beautifully decorated cedar shingle cottage, this home has a large open floor plan that allows everyone to spend time together, while the main-floor primary suite provides just enough privacy.

Start your mornings with coffee on the front porch while taking in the beautiful views of the conservation area directly across the street. Then end your days sharing stories and roasting s’mores by the fire pit.

Like to cook? The gourmet kitchen includes quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, gas range and all the tools you’ll need to cook delicious meals.

Traveling with kids? The bunk room is stocked with a variety of books, games and toys.

Hauling equipment for an active beach break? There’s ample space for your bikes, kayaks, surfboards, etc. in a full height walk-in storage room under the porch.

Prefer a more laid back escape? There are plenty of board games, puzzles, books and DVDs to choose from.

Saving the planet on the way to and from Seabrook? A universal electric car charger for guests is conveniently located in one of the two dedicated parking spaces.

    We had a great time! The house was super clean and had everything we needed. Well appointed kitchen with plenty of glasses, dishes, utensils, etc. The bedding was great quality. The location was very convenient to the market and main street activities.

    Seabrook is an amazing community. This was our first visit and “Let’s Run Away” was a great unit with perfect location. The beds were comfortable and unit clean. We appreciated how family friendly it was and how many books and toys they had for small children. Two designated parking spots was a real plus! Hope to return again!

    Overall a great stay. On the plus side...very clean and comfortable house. Its a short walk to "town" including the store with everything you could want and all of Seabrook's restaurants (though that selection is pretty limited). So its easy to walk to most amenities even with limited mobility and if you are heading out of town to the beach or other sites, its easy in and out. If you are meeting family, you've got two parking spaces as well as being located next to a large parking lot. Less than ideal: The porch is narrow so you can't really sit around anything - but two folks having a beverage is fine. The BBQ provided is on a patio that is alongside the parking lot. The outdoor pool/hot tub was great (clear water, clean large locker rooms, attended) - Oddly, the indoor pool suffered from lack of attention. Cloudy water, no towels, small locker rooms. Attendant clearly needs to come by more often.

    Headline: Read Seabrook's website and ignore Booking.com's directions Positive: The house was nice, beautiful beach, cute shops, and kind people. Mexican restaurant was delicious. Negative: Overpriced food and shops. Did not like the tavern or pizza place. Dryer refused to dry clothes. Requested a birthday note for someone in our party but never received a note. Booking.com checkout was 30 minutes later than what the property management company actually listed, so housekeeping showed up as we were leaving. Check-in was different than what was listed. Booking.com made it seem like you just use the door code, but you are supposed to check in and receive an amenity bag. Bag did not include a starter pack of coffee as stated online.

    We love the area and the people. Please change the sofa in the living room, it has seen better days and when you sit on it you sink so far down you need help getting out. Also wooden blinds on west facing door and window would help withe sin in the late afternoon, these are just suggestions and not complaints.

    We have stayed in Seabrook many times and always have a good time. This place was no exception. It fit our family very comfortably and it was a close walk to pretty much anything to do. Only reasons I could not give it a full 5 stars (and they are minor) are it wasn't quite as private as many of the other places we stayed before, we could not find a can. opener anywhere in the house and the garbage bags provided are very thin and did not fit the can that well. Just being honest about the place and it wouldn't really discourage us from staying there again. Just hoping a couple small things get fixed for future guests. It really is a great place to stay. 👍🏼

    The home was completely as advertised and was handy to all the amenities. Easy walking access to everything. There was a leaking kitchen tap and maintenance came quickly and fixed it. We will return again for another stay.
