Hammerbarn is positioned on a corner lot neighboring towering evergreen trees in Fernwood’s Trailside Cabins area, offering endless opportunities to let the kids partake in some imaginative play. Spending hours exploring the adjacent forest, riding bikes through town, wandering Seabrook’s expanding network of walking and hiking trails just outside your door, and walking to Sunrise Pool for a heated outdoor swim down the street are just some of the options that await you for letting your kids' energy and curiosity run free.

Inside, Hammerbarn’s bright, airy, and whimsical interior create a fun and playful ambiance. Furnished with families and kids in mind, this comfortable cabin has a little something for everyone. Kids will love the Bluey-themed toys, books, puzzles, board games, and bunk beds, and adults will love the fast wifi, Smart TV, electric fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen, and covered front porch. Don’t forget to pack your favorite K-cups for the Keurig or coarse ground coffee for the French press!

    We had an amazing stay in Seabrook and would absolutely come back. The home was comfortable, clean, and genuinely dog-friendly, which made a huge difference traveling with our two pups. The town itself is so welcoming to dogs, and we loved being able to bring them along just about everywhere. We made the most of everything: long walks on the beach, soaking in the hot tub after busy days, hiking nearby, and trying out the local restaurants. It was the perfect mix of relaxing and active, and Seabrook is such a charming spot to explore. The only hiccup was the smoke detector going off once around 1am with no clear cause (likely a low battery), but it didn't happen again and didn't take away from an otherwise wonderful trip. Worth flagging just so it can get checked. Highly recommend, especially for anyone bringing dogs along. We can't wait to visit again!

    My first time staying at Seabrook did not disappoint! Loved the location and proximity to the beach, and the growing town center had everything we needed! Our rental was clean, full of helpful amenities, and we loved the forest-facing hot tub! Highly recommend!

    Great spot - definitely far from town and the address was tricky to find after dark, it took us somewhere different from the address listed. Overall a nice spot and secluded. Seabrook is sweet to visit.

    If you're seeking a getaway from the hustle and bustle of daily life, Seabrook might just be your dream destination. It's a place we wish we had discovered long ago. Upon our arrival at Seabrook, we were welcomed into The Hammer Barn. For the price, the accommodations were comfortable. The friendly staff member who checked us in proudly mentioned that we were staying in the newest neighborhood. When we arrived at the home, we were greeted with dog bags, sheets, and a list of rules. The surroundings offer plenty of opportunities for outdoor adventures and relaxation. Hammer Barn is perfect for small families looking for a tranquil escape. We found the space a bit snug for our family size, so next time, we'll opt for a larger accommodation. Our overall experience was positive, and we look forward to returning to Seabrook in the future. In conclusion, Seabrook is a charming destination that offers a break from the everyday grind. We’re already planning our next visit!

    Hammerbarn was such a comfortable and quiet stay. My family loved the set up with bunk beds and loads of kid friendly amenities in the house. Everything you need for a house stay is available. The town is pristine (and yes a little Truman Show like) but walkable, has shopping, a market and restaurants. The beach is gorgeous. We’d recommend it to anyone.

    The Hammerbarn was a great little cabin home for a much needed weekend getaway. My spouse, me, and our dog very much enjoyed our stay here at Hammerbarn. The location is right next to the woods (very pretty) and is in a quiet part of Seabrook yet very walkable to all of the amenities and the beach. The three of us recommend this fun cabin. Cheers!

    Very thoughtful and cutesy place to stay. Kids had an excellent time with the bluey theme! Tons to do even inside home. Lots of thoughtful games and activities and amenities were excellent. Check in process was wonderful at the rental office. Kids loved the hot chocolate! Few small hiccups the bunk beds appeared to have dog hair/unclean in corners, the Dyson fan did not appear to work, one of the blinds needs fixing (couldn’t easily bring down/up) at front of home. Recommend having detergent to use the washer/dryer. Thank you!

    We had an amazing stay at the hammerbarn house with our two toddlers. They loved the extra touch for the season with the Halloween blow up decor at the entrance. Kids stayed entertained while inside with the large assortment of toys. The bunk beds are so fun as well! Kitchen is well stocked to accommodate eating in. The space was very clean and the layout of the space was great and comfortable for our family of four. Outside area is peaceful & private. Host is very kind & responsive, truly enjoyed our time!

    The Hammerbarn was great! Our 2 yr old loved all the Bluey themed decor and the toys. It was actually an unforeseen challenge because all he wanted to do was stay at the house lol! But he was happy and had an amazing time and that’s what matters. The Seabrook community was amazing we weren’t aware of Seabrook prior to this stay and were blown away by the area in general.

    Everything went well, kid loved the bluey theme. This place is a hidden gem past the more expensive but crowded rentals prior. only a few neighbors. The area is still under construction but didnt bother us. During our stat, lights were flickering and I think thats just old bulbs.

    The photo's and place was what was expected. Lovely! One thing that would be helpful would be a notebook with info for codes and what not. This is the first Airbnb we have ever stayed at where there is no information book with wifi password, pool and gym codes and so on. Had to keep messaging to get info. Not a huge issue, but not a streamline process. Also found it funny there was a keurig, no kcups and Seabrook gives you ground coffee. There was lots of coffee filters but no coffee pot. Again not a big issue. But not clear.
