Welcome to Grove Cottage - a charming four bedroom getaway located on a corner lot in Seabrook’s burgeoning Fernwood neighborhood. Boasting fantastic indoor and outdoor amenities in a boutique ambiance, Grove Cottage is the perfect retreat for families and four-legged friends alike.

Step inside and lose yourself in a different era thanks to thoughtful interior design and incredible attention to detail. A traditional-style chandelier, elegant light fixtures, decorative wall plates, café curtains, vintage dressers, and modern cottage nods throughout are just some of the elements that will transport you to a different time and place. 

The sophisticated kitchen is stocked with Staub and Nordic Ware-brand baking dishes, All-Clad stainless pans, and a Nespresso Creatista Plus machine (don’t forget to pack your favorite Nespresso Original pods), ideal for the chefs and coffee aficionados in your group. The adjacent dining table is a great gathering space for everything from holiday meals to board games.

The open floor plan flows right into the cozy living room, equipped with a gas fireplace for crisp winter evenings and a Samsung Frame TV with FuboTV for keeping up with your favorite sports teams, shows, and movies. Just down the hall, the peaceful primary king bedroom and ensuite bathroom are conveniently located on the main floor.

Upstairs you’ll find three additional bedrooms, each with its own distinct character. The king bedroom features cottage eclectic decor, beautiful views of Fernwood, a second Samsung Frame TV, and an ensuite bathroom. The neighboring queen bedroom has a soft and classic feel, and the full-over-full bunk bedroom with an additional Samsung Frame TV is a fun hang-out spot for the kiddos.

Outside, the fully-fenced backyard is a wonderful place to unwind whether you are relaxing in the hot tub or roasting marshmallows around the fire pit. The covered, wraparound porch just steps away is another great option for soaking in the ocean breeze and serene forest views from the comfort of a rocking chair.

    Beautiful home, very much like a cozy seaside cottage. The home is immaculately clean, and has everything we needed and more. Traveled with two dogs, and the fenced in backyard was fantastic. The home is beautifully decorated, a lot of thoughtful details. The immediate neighborhood where the home is located is still under development, still great for a lot of activities for the kids right across the street, and everything is in close walking distance. Very comfortable and cozy. It was our first time in Seabrook, we look forward to returning again.

    Loved our stay the Grove Cottage! So much to do at the house/town and great service. When we needed extra towels, firewood, and laundry soap they brought it right to us! The only thing we noticed was the house was advertised to not have a pack and play but it did have one and also had a child safety gate which came in handy. Very child friendly!

    We pleasantly enjoyed our stay at Grove Cottage, it had everything we needed and more!     Where to begin, on the absolute most beautiful location I've ever booked! The views from the town towards the ocean are flawless! The restaurants give you a nice feel of an ocean town, and solid vibe of what you're going to experience! The recommendations and news events that the management company sends to you, are a great way to fill your days, especially when you have no plans for a set day and could fill it with that specific event! Upon entering the home, it was the cleanest we've ever seen, and everything was stocked and in place! Bedrooms were spacious, and really made us feel spoiled! The stovetop in the kitchen was amazing to cook on, all appliances worked as they're intended. We barbequed hamburgers and the grill was actually CLEANED before we arrived! Spotless grill plates! Customer service is top notch, best response times, hardly any waiting, and any maintenance calls, were handled with care! I highly recommend anyone to book in Seabrook! You won't regret it!

    My siblings and I stayed here for our first ever Siblings Trip and we couldn’t have picked a better place! The house was amazing and met/exceeded all our needs: wide open downstairs, our own bedrooms, hot tub, campfire, etc. We are extremely happy we chose this listing & town for the trip. We will absolutely be back. Other things to note would be; the town is amazing with cool shops & great restaurants. The beach was a great place to hangout and relax. There are walking trails all over the place. Seabrook in general was such a fun place to be. We’re excited for our next trip to town. Thank you to the hosts for making the space available!

    Lovely, clean spot, like the pictures. Well-appointed... one kitchen knob was missing and we couldn't find one tv remote or a coffee machine that worked with the coffee provided, but that's all I can think of that was missing. Even with all the rain this weekend we had a great time.
