This is my 5th vacation in a Seabrook home and my first negative review. The home itself was clean, spacious and a nice view but unfortunately it was not set up to entertain 10 guests as it advertised and had very few amenities. I rented Ciao Bella for the weekend with 10 guests ranging from 2 years old on up to 60. We planned to use all beds provided as well as the crib and high chair it claims it had. First of all, it is a 3 bedroom home with a media room, not a 4 bedroom home. The media room has a pull out couch, and a bunk bed, non of which came with any bedding and there was no crib or high chair as advertised. I instantly called the front desk to let them know we need the bedding. But it took me 3 calls throughout the evening before I was finally able to get someone to bring us sheets only and a crib with no bedding at 9 pm. A 4th call later I was able to get the bedding for the beds and the crib. There were outside chairs non of which had the seat cushions, you had to sit on the slats designed to hold the cushions. If you plan on using the beautiful kitchen, do note that there will be salt and pepper shakers but no salt and pepper in them. They also want you to load the dishwasher and start it before you leave, but they do not provide dishwasher detergent. The guest checkin gives you a mini bag of coffee, but there are no filters. No Seran wrap , tin foil, baggies, cooking oil, or anything that you would find in most the kitchens in Seabrook were provided. The teenagers wanted to play some games but there were no games provided, but there were about 20 different 1000 piece puzzles if that is your thing. Not even a deck of cards or pens. As for extra throw blankets, there were only two for the whole place, and they felt like they were made of straw. All ten of us guests were dissatisfied with the lack of amenities in this beautiful home.
