Welcome to BOAT HOUSE.

If you’ve marveled at beautiful old wooden boats and dreamed about staying on one then BOAT HOUSE is for you. This 1800 square-foot nautically inspired home features a wide-open first floor that`s great for entertaining and lounging. You can sit in real captain’s chairs in the casual sunroom while enjoying Seabrook`s first see-through gas fireplace (shared with the living room). The downstairs alcove features additional queen sized sleeping space (with privacy drapes) for those last minute guests. There is also a half bath on the first floor right next to the walk-in kitchen pantry.

Need to check in at work? Simply connect to Boat House's private Eero Mesh Wi-Fi system with high speed internet available to easily work remotely from your rental.

A huge 10' wide wrap-around front deck has plenty of seating and offers grand views down Blackberry and Bella Streets, located on Crescent Park which offers an Indoor Swimming Pool, Playground, Horseshoe Pits, Shuffle Board, and Fire Pits which are great for making s'mores much much more!

Across the street is the Elk Creek Beach Promenade (which leads you to the beach), a wooded conservation area and Crescent Park. You’ll feel on top of the forest, and the world, when enjoying this part of the house.

Upstairs there is a spacious primary bedroom with a private bath and two additional guest bedrooms that share a full guest bathroom. A laundry room with full-sized, quiet, washer and dryer units, is also upstairs.

The dining room features a sea glass chandelier and a beautiful large dining table (that comfortably seats 8) and sideboard made of the same teak and holly veneers that you’d find in the main salon of elegant yachts.

On the side deck is a large gas BBQ grill and access to the side yard. Relax in the hot tub tucked behind the garage.

BOAT HOUSE is full of nice touches that will make your stay enjoyable, including nautical prints and original photography by the owner. Most of the accent and furniture pieces in the home were custom designed and hand-built using teak, mahogany and recycled materials that are nicely integrated for a genuine nautical feel.

We’re always open to new suggestions, so please pass the word along to the rental office.

Please be aware that this rental property shares a lot with a carriage house that is owner-occupied or rented to separate guests from your party.

    1) The key pad to enter is dysfunctional. It is a touch pad but doesn’t always illuminate to enter code. Tried multiple times every time we needed to enter, very frustrating.2) Ice maker did not work. Went to Customer Service/ check-in desk and reported issue.3) The gas stove/burners were difficult to ignite. All the burners would “click” (trying to ignite) and would stop only when all were turned off.4) Smoke/Carbon Monoxide alarm went off at midnight the first night.We reported issues #2, 3 and 4 and although the maintenance team came right away, they only solved the smoke/CO alarm issue.Directions for check out required taking out the trash but we could not locate the outside garbage cans.

    Best location in Seabrook...10 min beach walk, market is only 4 min away and the indoor pool is right across the house. The house was very comfortable and it was very beautifully decorated. We loves our stay and that it didn't allow dogs as we had a baby crawling everywhere :)

    Incredibly clean. Better than advertised. Entire support staff is super helpful even though you don’t need them once you’re set up in first 15 minutes. Just had a question of where hot tub key was. Wonderful house — one of the best you could get. Located by downtown, park, pool, etc. walking distance to grocery and restaurants. House was like something out of a dream .. it’s imbued with wonderful summer vibes and conducive to peace, wonderful family time. 10/10.

    The house was located in a great spot. You could walk everywhere so that was very convenient. The hot tub was clean and nice. The kitchen was well appointed. We had a nice time, but there were a few things that I would like to mention for future guests. It was warm when we were there and so we wanted to open the windows, but there were no screens on any of the windows so we could not leave them open for long periods of time or else bugs would come in. There were also no fans available in the house. So, it got very hot and stuffy in the house. When reading previous reviews, the guests had talked about the bikes that they had used at the property so I assumed that there were bikes available at the home. There are not, so you will need to bring your own. The only other downside was the property management company was not good. When we arrived, we had noticed that the master bed frame had come loose and the bolts needed to be tightened back into the frame. It was really loud and very loose. We immediately reached out to the property management company and I left a voicemail. They never called. We then went down to the office and spoke with the front desk, person, and left a request. They never came. We went down again the following day and left another request. They never came. My husband ended up doing it himself with a makeshift screwdriver. So don’t count on any help if you need anything from the company. The home itself is nice and convenient and clean. We had a nice time.

    House was clean and comfortable; underrated features is that it has 2.5 bathrooms as that always helps with everyone getting ready in the mornings. Well stocked with kitchen supplies for when we chose to have a family dinner, but this was very walkable to the restaurants and store so spent plenty of time at the shops and restaurants. It would be nice if the side door also had a keypad since it has the most direct access to the very ample street parking, but this didn't have any real impact on our stay. Overall enjoyed it and a great space for a full family of adults

    We had a very nice time in Seabrook. Overall, it’s an easy vacation with all the necessary amenities close at hand. Check-in was a bit odd as the listing says it’s remote/keyless but then you are forced to go into the rental office in town first. The check-in/check-out times are oddly late/early (4-6 pm and 10 am). When we called to request the complimentary hour late check-out, they never returned our call. The hot tub at the house wasn’t ready when we checked-in due to it needing to be drained and refilled. We appreciate that this is likely an issue from the previous renters rather than an issue of the host. A number of the policies/check-out tasks didn’t match our house. For example, we were told to remove trash from the house but could not locate garbage cans for disposal. Overall, a good stay and we will likely be back. Good value and great location. Just a lot of small things that created some friction during our stay.

    Great location right near pool, short walk to town and beach. The town is adorable and the beach is lovely. Unfortunately, once we checked in, Seabrook was not a responsive host. The cleaners left behind trash and dirty linens on the porch. Crows scattered it everywhere and we couldn’t get a response to our request for assistance in the Airbnb app. Finally we reached the Seabrook office and were advised to just leave it alone. I later asked where to find the trash bin outside and never got a response. We were overloaded with garbage from the week with no where to put it. Despite all of this, I received multiple messages per day regarding real estate sales in the community or other tours. I loved the house and the town, I just wish our host was more responsive to our needs and less focused on sales.

    I stayed here with 5 friends for the Seabrook relay. It was blocks away from the start and even closer to finish. Super clean. Very cute. Easily slept 6 of us. We would definitely come back.

    This was amazing! We will be going back. We stayed in the Boat house with my in laws and our 4 boys who are 5 years old and under. It fit us perfectly! Had everything you need in the kitchen and bathrooms. House was super clean and comfortable. We were right across the street from the indoor pool. The home’s private hot tub was clean and running. Had a pack and play and high chair. The town was so fun. My kids loved the unique parks that were all close by. AMAZING coffee and pizza!! We wished we had walked more of the trails as they were so pretty and fun to explore. My kids LOVED the free trail map from brooklets toy store. And the beach! Oh my goodness. I’m used to where you can’t really go out at high tide because the beach is gone but this beach is ginormous at high tide and ridiculous at low tide! Beach combing was a blast- we found over 80 whole sand dollars our first day! Seabrook was a treat. We can’t wait to go back!!

    We loved the house and this little beach town. It was so clean and quiet and we loved exploring all the walking paths as well as playing at the beach. The house itself was just as described. There was plenty of room for our family of 6 (all teenagers or adults) and we loved the hot tub as well as the proximity to the pool. The bakery and pizza places in town were also delicious. Our only complaint is how late the check in was. It said 5, but ended up being 5:30. To us, 5 o’clock is already later than any other place we’ve stayed. Overall though, this was a quiet, quaint, safe town which is exactly what we were looking for.
