We named this home Bella Vita, meaning beautiful life in Italian, as life is beautiful at the beach!

Welcome - you will find spaces to relax, play, and refresh yourself! Close to town and to the beach makes this a great place to play and stay.

The first floor has a fully equipped kitchen that is great for cooking & entertaining. The dining room seats eight and there is room at the counter for three!

The living room is comfortable and entertaining to curl up with a book or watch TV or a movie from the DVD/Bluray collection. There is also a cute play area for the little ones under the staircase!

The outdoor deck has a spectacular view and room to enjoy the day or sunsets. There is a table to eat and there is plenty of comfortable seating with heat.

The second floor has a bunkhouse room that sleeps 4. The queen guest room has a TV as well as a bluray player. The king primary has a Westin "Heavenly Bed" and a relaxing bathroom with a soaker tub. The deck off the master has an amazing view of the ocean. A great place to enjoy coffee!

The third floor has a queen bedroom. The adjoining media room has a queen sofa sleeper, foosball and large TV. There is also a 3/4 bathroom.

The carriage house has a king size Westin "Heavenly Bed" and a small kitchenette to enjoy. Also, it has a large bathroom and shower and table and chairs to have a snack or play a game.

Dogs are welcome and there is a small gate to keep them downstairs when you want to keep them in sight. Please do not leave dogs unattended.

    Very nice home. Kitchen has everything you would need to prepare meals. It was nice having a tv in every room! The beds were comfy. We had a big storm and the lights went out. They had candles and flashlights. Pretty view of the ocean during the storm. The furniture was clean and not stained or messy. Walking distance to the cute town

    Location was great. Easy walk to the beach. Kitchen was very well stocked. Plenty of room in the house. We enjoyed sitting on the deck with the gas fireplace and overhead heat lamps and our glass of wine!

    What a beautiful home and location! Seabrook was quite a surprise, too. The home was clean, the kitchen was incredibly well-stocked, beds were comfortable. It’s right by the stairs to the water and the patio with the fire table is excellent.
