Welcome to "Beaches-n-Cream", where beauty is in the eye of the key holder. Now featuring a fenced in back yard and private fire pit.

Step inside the front door of this charming beach home and begin your relaxation. You've left behind the cares of a busy world and started the process of enjoying a Seabrook treasure. We have everything you need for a fun, stress-free experience in a designer-decorated, family-friendly vacation retreat.

Look at our list of amenities. Do you see what we mean by all-encompassing?

The only things we've left out are deadlines and the waiting lines - and those are a world away.

Of course, we want you to share this rejuvenation with your family and friends. So, Beaches-n-Cream is well suited to accommodate large family groups. Here, "roomy" means that you'll have sleeping accommodations for 12 (or up to 14 if you wish, with our memory foam queen sofa-sleeper).

Even larger reunions at Beaches-n-Cream are made convenient by the "Beach Camp" cabins located directly behind the garage, and with a full 2,200 square feet of living space, you'll find ample private areas to reflect and recharge.

When you're awake, enjoy our beautiful gas fireplace for cozy movie watching, book reading or family game time. All while the soothing sounds of ocean life form an audio backdrop to put you in a peaceful state-of-mind.

Located throughout the home are four bathrooms, placed for convenience among three floors of smartly fashioned and practical living space.

Main floor: During the day, you'll likely find your family and friends enjoying each other's company in our large, open first-floor layout, or enjoying a game around a 65" flat screen, or reading/lounging on the comfy queen sleeper sofa.

Third floor: Or, take the kids and your Xbox console upstairs to the spacious 3rd floor and enjoy movies, video games on our other 65" TV, or indulge in a restful siesta on the full size memory foam bunks while the kids play some wholesome Wii games.

Second floor: Sleep like a baby in our 3 private and comfy bedrooms - a King primary w/memory topper, - a King size SleepAire, - and another Queen with memory foam topper.

Since outside is also where Seabrook shines, Beaches-n-Cream offers our private back yard with fire pit, BBQ grill and picnic area, plus a warm shower for the dog (or kids) after an afternoon on the beach.

    We had an amazing time and will absolutely be back again. The house was just as it was described. There was plenty of space and activities for two families. The fire pit and hot tub was a family favorite.

    We staying for a week for an extended family vacation. The kitchen was well stocked. The place was so clean. There were a couple stains in the rug but overall not a big deal. Plenty of space for everyone. The bunk room was great for kids, but can really get warm if it’s even slightly warm day. Opening the windows and the turning on the fan really helps but the windows are hard to close. Every room had a fan in it since there is no air conditioning in the house. There was also plenty of bath towels in the house and pool towels were there too. There was even beach towels which was great. They also had some sand toys and beach chairs too. The house is really close to the indoor pool as well and maybe a 5-7 minute walk to the store. We really enjoyed our time here.

    A good sized house for us - 8 adults and 3 small kids (4 and under). Great location, close to pickleball courts and playground. Well stocked kitchen, spacious rooms, clean and comfortable bedding, high quality BBQ grill. Netflix account available for use. Host was responsive and helpful before and during our stay. Carpet did look a bit worn down with visible stains and movies and board games could use a refresh (missing/broken puzzle pieces, worn out, etc).

    Our stay with family was delightful and there was plenty to do at Seabrook for sure. The house was slightly disappointing and seemed tired. Refresh needed. Painted walls were tired, in need of caulk around toilets & sinks, carpets stained, kitchen amenities were plentiful but many were in need of washing before use. I expected a more clean and pristine house, especially given the very high rental fee, cleaning fee and service fee. I realize most of Seabrook is dog friendly but that equates to extra wear and tear on likely every property. Prior to traveling we experienced a slow response from Seabrook hospitality concerning specific amenities stocked in the house. I realize the website lists these but SB was unable to verify accurate inventory. PacknPlay? Answer was no and there was one in the closet. Marshmallow sticks? Answer no and there were several. Spices? Salt &pepper? Over 50 spices. Filters for coffee pot? Wrong filters supplied. Wonderful location. This property tired.

    This was our first visit to seabrook. My family had a great time ! There was so much to do between the beach and playing in town. We loved the sports courts and heated outdoor pool. It’s a very kid and dog friendly place! We will be back.

    Overall the home was pleasant and the floor plan was great. We liked the amenities for all ages. Some issues included delayed check-in, plastic plates, and I would have hoped for slightly better cleaning. Guest services were responsive. We loved the seabrook area and the number of things to do with a big family of various ages.
