We have a magnificent time at the Ritz Coralton. The Seabrook community is lovely. The particular sub-neighborhood where the cottage sits is a great spot, as it backs against a meadow that sits below the hills with some of the hiking and mountain biking trails. This made it even more peaceful and had the increased charm of a local dear family and rabbits sharing the neighborhood with us. The cottage is cute, the right amount of space for our small family of four to spend a week. If you are planning to cook a lot and staying a while, you should bring some kitchen support, spices, favorite kitchen tools. The staples in the kitchen are absolutely enough. We did just fine. As to the community itself, it really is a wonderful place, especially for families. Hopefully, as the build continues, it will come with some more restaurant options and maybe another playground to help mix it up for the kiddos. But these notes just take it from wonderful to perfect. We loved our stay.

The location of this house is 10/10. It backs to a green belt so is extremely private and quiet. It’s within a 1 minute walk to the outdoor pool which is a bonus. The house did have some stains on the carpet, dents in the wall and the shower curtain looked old and very used. It also didn’t have many “extras” like some of the other homes I’ve stayed at have had in Seabrook. However it was still a great place to stay and would return.

Very cute place ! And a perfect home location for doggies - an open field right out the front door. Kitchen stocked with everything needed to cook a simple meal. Will return!
