Wake up to a view of the sun rising over the pasture while still only being a quick walk from shops and the beach. This house in the brand new Farm District is furnished to make your beach trip as relaxing or active and adventurous as you desire.

A Few Things
by LindseyThis home has everything for a fun family vacation however a few things would have improved our stay. The garbage can in the kitchen needs replaced or at least the automatic lid. I was promptly provided replacement batteries which worked 1 time. Our son stayed in this home last fall and had the same issue. A step on manual can would do the job. The cushions on the outdoor furniture were left out for some time despite the storage container being right there, some of the cushion were pretty nasty as a result. The home is right next door to facility maintenance which provided a constant stream of white Seabrook trucks, vans and various little golf carts coming and going. This is a busy street with constant traffic. One last thing, the window blinds are mounted outside the windows making it impossible to block all the light coming in from neighbors string lights and street lights. It was a nice walk through town and had a green belt between it and a couple neighbors which was nice. Overall we had a good family getaway.
