Welcome to 18 Summers – a family-friendly, dog-friendly private retreat in the Farm District on the edge of the forest.

This home is all about its name, 18 Summers, and how parents and children have 18 summertimes together. It greets the family with an open covered porch and a view of the big sky over the canopied forest. Once inside, the spacing of the living area and kitchen is bright and airy, with a separate sunny breakfast nook and convenient mudroom. The furniture is cozy so you can all gather around the fireplace and Smart TV for family movie night.

Upstairs, there are three bedrooms to sleep six family members or even two families. There’s an ensuite bathroom in the primary bedroom and a shared full bath off the second and bunkbed bedrooms. The bunkbeds are built-in, the floors hardwood, and the ceilings high.

Take in the sun and surrounding nature by sitting outside at the firepit. Also in this paved outdoor space is the hot tub, where you can dip or soak by day or by night.

Just across the way is Barnhill Park with a community firepit and seating, as well as Windgate Barn where the horses, chickens, and barncats live. Down the street the opposite way is the Sunrise Pool and Fitness Center amenity. Town center shopping, eating, and the arcade are an enjoyable 10-minute walk or a 5-minute bike ride from 18 Summers. Only 3 minutes beyond town center is the shoreline where the strolls are invigorating and the sunsets famous.

This family-friendly retreat is perfect for a weekend at the beach, a wintertime getaway, and, of course, a summer vacation for the family.

    The beds were not the most comfortable one has a huge divot in the center. Staircase, pretty narrow and steep . Everything was clean. Will definitely be back to Seabrook just might check out other places to stay

    We really enjoyed our stay at 18 Summers! The home is lovely and close to many activities which kept my children happy and busy. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed- except coffee filters. The larger beds upstairs could use some work. The slats on the queen bed popped off the frame and the mattress actually fell to the floor two nights in a row when my son rolled over in his sleep. The king bed felt very wobbly and unstable as well. We love Seabrook and visit at least once a year. We would definitely stay here again.

    This Airbnb was exactly as advertised, very clean, cozy & comfortable. It has every kitchen gadget known to man. There wasn’t a lot of cabinet space so keep that in mind if you pack food. This place is loaded with things to do: Basketball & pickleball courts, playgrounds, toy store, book store, arcade, pool etc. The kids room had a nice surprise of a packed toy box, along with a full shelf of games downstairs as well. Make sure to pack your own detergent for laundry & coffee pods for the Keurig. One of my only complaints would have to be their proximity of neighbors. There were serval times we could hear them & I’m sure they could hear us but it didn’t ruin our stay. The main beds (although comfortable) are falling apart underneath. We had to sweep toys out from under them because we felt uneasy having our children climb under to get them. We did have a medical emergency while we were there, just be aware you are 40 mins from the nearest hospital. Overall this place is worth the book!

    Lovely and well supplied home in a great vacation neighborhood. We loved how walkable it was. The house was clean and as advertised. We would definitely stay again! We loved the front porch area for enjoying the peaceful surroundings, and the hot tub was wonderful. The dogs also had a great time and enjoyed their little gift bag! Thank you!
