Overlooking Fernwood Square in Seabrook’s up and coming Fernwood neighborhood, True North is a four bedroom Pacific Northwest escape perfect for families, four-legged friends, adventure-seekers, and everyone in between! 

The fully-fenced backyard provides a great enclosed space for the dogs and kiddos to play while you grill dinner on the gas barbeque, roast marshmallows around the fire pit, enjoy a meal al fresco, or take a relaxing soak in the hot tub at the end of a fun day of hiking or biking on the trails just steps away. The nearby driveway is equipped with a universal electric vehicle charger for NACS and CCS ability. On the front side of the house, a covered porch with rocking chairs and a porch swing are the perfect place to watch the sun rise with a cup of coffee and good company.

Warm wood tones, verdant green accents, and nods to the Northwest await inside the cozy open-concept kitchen, living, and dining rooms on the main floor. Grab your favorite snacks and curl up in front of the gas fireplace to watch or stream a movie on the Smart TV with cable. The adjacent dining table is fantastic for holiday gatherings or a family game night, and the neighboring kitchen is well-equipped for the chefs and bakers in your group. The broad kitchen island with seating makes it easy for the kiddos to help you mix up a batch of cookies or prep a meal.

After a full day of walking or biking on Fernwood’s growing trail network or swimming at Sunrise Pool down the street, head to the bedrooms upstairs or to the queen bedroom on the main floor to rest and recharge. The main floor queen bedroom has peaceful forest views and a walk-in shower for easy access.

Upstairs you’ll find a king bedroom, an additional queen bedroom, and a bunk bedroom. The spacious primary king bedroom has a private deck facing Fernwood Square and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The neighboring queen bedroom is a calming retreat at the end of a full day of fresh air, and the full-over-full bunk room with a twin trundle is a fun hang-out spot for the kids.

    Great house on the upper edges of the development where the neighborhood is still growing with active construction. You don't get the charm of being in "downtown" Seabrook but you do get to walk out your back door to find chanterelle mushrooms and great location for access to the mountain bike trails.

    Seabrook is unique. It’s perfect for families with kids. We went with adult kids and a dog. The beach is exquisite. In this particular house, we were comped 4 bicycles which was so kind and so nice. The town is very cutesy … Perhaps too cutesy for some. It’s an incredible spot. If you wanna let your kids just go out bike riding are walking about on their own. It’s very safe for all anges and there’s a lot to do. It’s a little cookie cutter. I think some people would be super comfortable here. We enjoyed our time, but it seemed a little “StepfordWifey?” This is not to say you shouldn’t go… just be prepared for a spot that seems a little Disneyland in the middle of beautiful nature. Still recommending it for folks. Mostly just trying to say it’s a little different from most Pacific Northwest beach towns.

    We enjoyed our stay at True North! The neighborhood of Fernwood was the perfect location in Seabrook for our family. Close enough to walk to the pool and to Meadowview Park with a 10 minute bike ride into the main area of Seabrook for grocery store trips.True North was clean, it was well stocked and beautifully finished. We enjoyed the 2nd story balcony with our morning coffee and the hot tub was an added bonus. Plenty of space for our three small families for a quick getaway. Will definitely book True North again for future trips.

    SeaBrook is straight out of a hallmark movie!! Super cute, new town, lovely stay. This house is everything in the pictures/description and more. It is SO nice! Comfy beds, clean, stocked kitchen, nice fireplace and hot tub. Perfect weekend for our group. Did candle making in town, played pickleball in the neighborhood.

    True North was a beautiful home and was perfect for our annual Seabrook girls getaway weekend. super cute and cozy home. only two downside were that the fireplace was not working properly. and something must have happened to the original refrigerator that was in the pictures. the refrigerator that was in the house was a little beat up and there was no ice maker or ice trays. we ended up just going into town to buy a bag of ice. other than that it was a wonderful house and Seabrook rentals we're super welcoming and very responsive to my messages.

    Seabrook was quaint and wonderful as always. The house was very nice. Furnishings were not the quality that was pictured, but was ok. The real problem was that the house was in an active construction zone. Construction workers waking us up at 8am was not the vacation we imagined. This should have been disclosed, but wasn’t. For some reason we couldn’t get relocated, which was unfortunate. Will still return to seabrook, but be more careful of where the house is located.

    We love Seabrook! This home was great! The kitchen was well stocked and had all the supplies we needed. The hot tub was in pristine condition and it was just a super comfy house.
