Welcome to Sunset Cottage at Seabrook! This two bedroom, two bath cottage greets you with a cheerful, modern-meets-coastal vibe and lots of amenities to make your beach getaway all the more memorable.

Perfectly situated facing the desirable South Alderwood Park, Sunset Cottage is adjacent to the woodsy Elk Creek Promenade and steps away from the charming “Gnome Trail” beach path. This location provides great accessibility to the best of Seabrook: it’s only a 2 minute walk to the pool, 3 minute walk to town center, and only 5 minutes to access the beach.

The bright and newly remodeled full kitchen is outfitted with plenty of quality appliances, dishware and cooking tools, an array of spices and cooking basics to make your meal prep efficient and enjoyable. You’ll have everything you need to cook your favorite meals!

Each bedroom has a queen bed and its own bathroom and HDTV/DVD players. There’s a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board and plenty of fresh and soft towels, pillows, linens, throws and blankets to ensure a comfortable stay.

Sunset Cottage is set up for you to enjoy both the outdoors and indoors! The covered front porch is the perfect place to relax with a beverage or eat outdoors after that long walk on the beach. Out front, South Alderwood Park offers a bocce ball court, community fireplace and an open green lawn to enjoy our cottage’s croquet set. On the beach, bring along the sand toys and 2 sand chairs, and beach towels to make a day of it. If you’re staying inside, stay entertained with our content streaming services (HBO, Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime video), a variety of DVDs, books, puzzles and games. You’ll be tempted to cozy up on the comfy window bench and light a fire in the wood burning stove!
