Completed in 2023, this dog-friendly townhome features ocean views, extremely fast wifi, a retro arcade pinball machine, and close proximity to ALL of Town Center’s wonderful offerings. An abundance of windows fill the townhome with natural light, and the Northwest-facing windows offer scenic views of the Pacific Ocean. Open the windows and listen to the peaceful ocean waves as well all of the activity at street level thanks to this townhome’s optimal location in the heart of Seabrook.

The main level’s open floor plan makes it easy to spend quality time with your favorite people and pups, whether you are enjoying your morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the courtyard, gathering around the custom round dining table for a fun game night, streaming your favorite shows on the 65 inch SmartTV over the cozy fireplace (Fireplace currently unavailable), or crafting a meal in the fully-equipped kitchen.     Great stay in a fantastic location. Everything was within walking distance and we didn’t need to use our car once during our time there. The home was well equipped, clean and perfect for our short stay for our family. The town is clean, friendly and has lots to do. It is also very dog friendly which is a huge plus for us! We will definitely be coming back to Seabrook!

    Clean, functional home with an amazing location in Seabrook. We loved being with in walking distance of the main restaurants and the beach. The hospitality team was responsive and helpful. Note that this is a three story home with the main living area on the second floor and the bedrooms on the third floor. It worked for us, but it won't work well if your family isn't prepared for many stairs!

    We enjoyed our time in Seabrook. It seems like most of the rental homes are managed by the same company, so a lot of the instructions/details are generic rather than specific to the home. For example, we had a few back and forth messages to make sure there was indeed a crib for our toddler. The home itself was spacious and clean, although there weren't towels set out in the half bathrooms so we were using paper towels until we discovered the extra hand towels stashed away in the guest bedroom closet. The home is just steps away from the main restaurant/shopping area, and the summer concert was just outside. The "street" the home is on was more of an alley, and anything bigger than a small car would be difficult to get into the garage (we opted to park around the corner and walk). The narrow alley tended to echo outside noise so we could hear a lot of the outside conversation while sitting inside. Overall we enjoyed our time but will probably look for a home a bit farther out next time.

    Beautiful modern property. Fully stocked with everything one might imagine.... Dimmed lighting, AC / Heat controls in every room, you'll definitely feel at home. Good WiFi, FireTv / Apple Tv prepped made connectivity a breeze. Comfortable bed and pillows which we appreciated. Great location, literally less a minute walk to great bakery, pub, and restaurants, and only minutes from the beach / sand and the Pacific Ocean waves.... Felt very safe, walking all through the town, day or night. We'd highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a peaceful time away from the daily grind.

    Beautiful place steps away from the shore. The Seabrook community was magical and a fun place to spend a few days. Parking our van in the garage was impossible. It’s only made for compact cars. We asked and were allowed to park on the street across the way, and it wasn’t an inconvenience at all.

    Staff at Seabrook were fantastic. A quick message to them had a coffee maker at our doorstep within 30 mins (unit only had a Keurig). The unit is bright, warm, and clutter free. It was a relaxing place for the family and dog. Only one full bathroom required coordination during bedtime. The two additional half baths in below floors helped. The laundry was a savior to clean up towels and dirty clothes after clamming. I wish there was a short hose to clean up the dog after time at the beach. We selected this unit partially due to the available car charger outlet in the garage. We charged up the night before departing, however the garage is extremely difficult to park in. It is both narrow and short. Our truck stuck out and prevented the roll up garage door from closing. The location is unbeatable and would absolutely stay again. Thanks for the great visit to Seabrook!
